I installed the new windows wallet after deleting all the files of the old wallet.Than I withdrawed my astrocoins from hashhuntin.in pool.At the pool its showing transaction was confirmed but I still havent received them at the wallet. And the wallet isnt showing any incoming transaction waiting for confirmation or anything. What can I do?
I also deleted the peers.dat file and the wallet shows its synced adn processed 8600 blocks.
you just need to wait for a bit. the diff is so high that confirmations are taking forever. diff will go down soon.

I got an email from the pool owner that they are on again after a stop in a few days from now, but when I replied and ask for my new pin and not working functionalities, there were no reply!!
Glad to know that my PIN isn't the only one that's not working.

I am really scared if the transaction has happened properly or not.I checked at the following sites with my address and search results shows nothing,It cant find my wallet address on network: http://cryptexplorer.comhttp://altexplorer.netAlso the wallet doesnt seem to be syncing properly. Its showing estimated 500k blocks but has processed only 8600 and stuck there. What should I do?

Network is solving 1 block every 45 minutes right now. 120 * 45 minutes = 5400 minutes / 60 = 90 hours / 24 = 3 days and 18 hours. You've only waited 2 days? Be patient. You really only need to wait 31 more blocks. The next 480 blocks after that will probably be solved very quickly.

So dudes, what will happen when the diff goes to 3.1 and the miners come back? Won`t we be in the same mess all over again?

I see that there are a lot of people who don't believe in this coin and that is OK. Personally, I believe that it will be .1 BTC +++ within a couple months and a 500% increase in investment within a couple of months is outstanding. Yes these devs have made some mistakes along the way BUT they have done everything that they said that they were going to do and kept their word though out the entire thread. I will gladly invest in a coin that has honest devs that make a mistake over perfect devs who are only trying to get rich quickly.

By the way, I got some Astrocoin. The mac wallet doesn't work (0 connections, 0 blocks, 0 coins!). Anybody with the same problem? (I put the astroconf file on the astrocoin folder before you ask).
Best, Joe

My wallet is stuck with block 8598? I deleted the blockchain files and it started syncing again but stopped at that point again...
Hi, everyone who is having issues with wallets syncing, please update to new Windows QT or Mac QT, I've just uploaded them to the website today
Mac QT: http://astrocoin.biz/astrocoin-macosx.zip
Please also delete the "peers.dat" file in your Astrocoin folder before launching the new client,
On Mac OS X its located in ~/Library/Application Support/Astrocoin/peers.datUpdated Mac client from previous one. Deleted peers.dat. I have 7 active connections but frozen at block 8616.

Edit- put back in original peers.dat file and now it synced 100%. Saying 8617 is the last block. Is that correct?

so whats premine used for? there was no single giveaway here. The way that I see it is that they have had a lot of fires to put out all week and they seem to be working hard on it. It's only been out 8 days and of the 3K coins pre-mined, there is a promo going around twitter for a total of 50 coins (I think). It is reasonable for the developers to keep .5% of overall coins for themselves (around 700-800 coins) so lets hope that they remain honorable and invest the rest back in to the coin. I think giveaways help (and would love one myself hint, hint) but there are many ways to skin a cat. As with any coin including BTC in it's beginning, only time will tell if it will succeed. If the developers do their part to make it succeed, then the investors will take the ball and run with it at which point I have made a smart choice. A 5X-10X increase in value on any coin that survives launch doesn't seem unrealistic does it? If Anybody is feeling generous, my ASR address is GLXANgBCRifXVsxuPnrvrvkUhkmtVsNe5T
