I've been playing around on https://freshmarket.co.in

It does work.  I had some issues at the start, but if you sign-up make sure to only use letters and numbers in your password or you'll have problems withdrawing.

Other than that there's a lot of wild fluctuations in price now as the price discovery process is underway.

I am happy its on an exchange but this site gives me eyecancer and i am not sure i can trust it. No offense to the devs. But it is a step in the
right direction. And in regard to the coverage. People need to write mails to the high times and blogs, sites, etc...

It's true that the look and feel of the site is a little clunky but I have made a few trades there and it works great so far.

Based on my calculations on the amount you can mine, volume, and all that it should be 1/10th the current price.  The current price is in a bubble and should crash most likely within the next few days.  In 3 nights I can mine maybe 0.1 Litecoins worth of Dogecoin.  In 3 nights I mined about 1.25 Litecoins worth of Potcoins at these prices.  Personally I think the current value is way too high and this is insanely profitable right now to mine/sell.

Then again heavy demand can overwhelm that.  We'll see.
