I see from his twitter feed that he's also into cryptocoins
I've never heard of this guy or his show. Is this heard by more than 10 people? From what I can see he talks about Iraqi stuff, how is that relevant for PMC?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

creditcoin_CRD,

Would you consider a mandatory fee of .01 or .001 PMC per transaction?

This may take a wallet update I'm aware.  Just trying to make it all worth while.

A lot of the other Alts including LTC do this, I'm sure everyone knows.

This is a great coin with only 500K.

How will this feature inprove the coin?

I know there was discussion early on about making this a feature of the wallet, though no default amount was really discussed.

How will this feature inprove the coin?

It improves the coin by making sure that there's incentive to continue mining (read: processing transactions).  Since mining is only for Tx fees on this coin, if no one includes them, there's no incentive to mine / process, which means the coin collapses.

Looks great! Saw that the site owner is a BTC fan. Hopefully we can get some listeners interested. Talk about the purchasing process

We did address this in an earlier post here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=427519.msg4979623#msg4979623

""The second issue is TX fees. There is some incorrect information out there claiming that TX fees are free on the PMC network. This is not true. TX fees are only free on transactions that are inside empty or small sized blocks. The network enforces a fee based on the size of the block. There will not be a wallet release addressing transaction fees until the coin has greater transaction volume and we are able to get a more complete picture of the average TX fee on the network when it is operating at higher capacity. Fees are being manually injected into almost every block, and the team has ample funds to continue to do this indefinitely. If you are concerned that the fees for miners are not enough, feel free to add a fee. But be aware that even though you may set your wallet to 0.00 fees, that doesn't necessarily mean every transaction will be free.""

Once we find the correct stable price, (which we estimate to be much higher than the current price) AND we have a proper sample of TX volume we will be taking another look at fees. Once the price is in the correct range, and we have more TX volume per block, the fee schedule will prove to be adequate IMO - and if it isn't it will be corrected.

There has been some transaction fees in almost every block found... and in the case of empty blocks... post them up... I have seen various people inject a goodwill bonus right in there...

Also I have seen stuff like "Block 30,000 bonus etc" That could be extended...   block 50,000 is next...

In addition all you game designers... intentionally add some transaction fees as a gift to the network...  you will find some of us would be happy to play some games knowing they were feeding the network and/or even the official faucet....

You could have a "PMC-Appreiciated" moniker on your game with a link to a description as to how your game supports the faucets and miners...

Everyone.

Ever see the site http://bitcoinvideocasino.com? This is a simple provable fair, excellent site. Since PMC's backend is literally the equivalent of BTC having this site for us should be as easy as making a new URL and an extra server...

Please email:  admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com

And ask "pretty please".

Also mention a desire for extra transaction fees perhaps for our network?

I can't offer up any bounties for such a thing but perhaps we all can together?

That is so true. Most PMC users would gravitate to a game that is kicking out fees.

Hi,

I popped in to see what was happening and read about MintPal.

I have made a couple of posts on twitter today regards the PMC faucet and another about the main PMC page and the faucet.

I also voted for PMC on that MintPal page.

All the best.

They are getting a good home, and will be used for the benefit of PMC - Not to fear... I like to think of it as a discount for buyers.

As far as the logo, I think PMC should be displayed prominently with Premine underneath it.  I think PMC is a better title for the coin than Premine.  Saying "PMC Accepted Here" sounds better than "Premine Accepted Here" to me.  But hey, that's just what I think.

In order for the price to reach the sky, we need dumpers to dump. The less dumpers there are, the higher the price can go.

This is kind of how it works. Can't expect every early shareholder to be a strong hand.

Good riddance to them.  Smiley

Everyone can see how huge PMC could be now. Anyone with sense will buy during these dips and the price will come straight back up. The market overall is behind PMC. A few dumpers aren't going to change that.

Wish I got a few hundred for 0.0004!  Cheesy

The negative stigma over the word "Premine" will be a thing of the past soon. A lot of people in the crypto world hear the word "Premine" and run for the hills, but it is important to note that it is actually what is done WITH the premine that matters.

If we had mined up all of the coins and sat on them to dump on an exchange, that is obviously not good for investing. In our case that isn't what happened. Since we freely gave every coin away, it negates the undesired result of a premine.

So while "Premine" may right now sound like a bad thing, it will not be long before the subject is seen from a different point of view. I embrace the word premine, because it is open, honest, and in this case very positive.

Our biggest focuses should be advertisement, and education.

Remember guys: Don't panic sell. There is rarely a dumper that doesn't set up his own buywalls at a low price to get back into the game. We all know that the price isn't going to stay at 40k, you might consider buying right now rather than selling. Don't let the dumper repeat the cycle!
