Just bought a paperback copy of my favourite C++ 11 programming book. I look forward to reading all 1200 pages of it. Thankfully it shouldn't take me long, as I'm only rusty by a couple of months. I wish I finished that roguelike I was working on before I got bored and moved onto Prolog. Maybe I can. Gotta learn what makes PMC tick.

No giveaway active at the moment, too many "smart" people that posted twice their requests. I've other PMC to giveaway but for the right cause and not randomly I donated 100 PMC for you. I think you will be able to distribute it fairly than me. Much appreciated dude Now I've 246 PMC to giveaway, I'm thinking to set a reward for promotional activity but don't know where is better to do this.

Check the following: (1) do you have a line with rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 ? also, if you are mining a wallet on a different machine, make sure the IP of the mining rig is allowed in the config. (2) doublecheck the username / password (3) possibly a firewall issue ?

If you don't have a preference of which charity, i'll just find a nationally recognized one and do some research for you =)

Widows, orphans, starving people, and people that are struggling are things that I would like to support. Just my 0.02 PMC input on the subject. But, it really depends on what is available.

I'm new to PMC and I know this isn't exactly a ground-breaking radical idea for distribution but I just hosted a giveaway on a forum of one of the other coins I support: http://earthcointalk.org/forums/topic/pmc-i-have-some-to-give/#post-4904So now supporters of EAC will be familiar with the coin and I know some have popped on this thread since. Maybe others could do the same? Most people support more than one coin. Or too basic an idea?

What about The Halo Trust? They help remove landmines: http://www.halotrust.org/Great cause and fits in with the mining theme.

Often times the simplest of plans work the best.
