Just bought a paperback copy of my favourite C++ 11 programming book. I look forward to reading all 1200 pages of it. Thankfully it shouldn't take me long, as I'm only rusty by a couple of months. I wish I finished that roguelike I was working on before I got bored and moved onto Prolog. Maybe I can.  

Gotta learn what makes PMC tick.

why not putting the linux wallet binary on the first page? probably most of the linux users will be able to compile the source but it's always a pleasure to download click and run

Check the following:

(1) do you have a line with rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 ? also, if you are mining a wallet on a different machine, make sure the IP of the mining rig is allowed in the config.

(2) doublecheck the username / password

(3) possibly a firewall issue ?
