The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Simple question here..

I've sent a few Ether from poloniex "to" myetherwallet then, sent that ether x100 times to THE DAO ico address..

Now it looks like this - https://www.etherchain.org/account/0x391fc9c9663a61eeb3dc267e4fe9d4188ee7c1b8#txsent

mind the "sent" and "received"..

Can someone explain ?

slock.it/DAO smart contract now has 1.33% of the entire ETH coin supply.

Impressive.  26 more days to go.

Is there an easier way to setup an Eth Wallet & the whole Geth thing for mining ?

I just want to mine some ETH at Suprnova Pool & transfer to exchanges wallets when I want to sell.

Are DAO tokens going to be tradable? It seems there's going to be a glut of them on the market.

lol BTCE really going into full ETH mode
ETH/BTC , ETH/USD and just added, ETH/LTC  Grin

Technically Bitcoin is a fork and Bitcoin Cash is the original blockchain. When the hard fork occurred, people had access to the same amount of coins on Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.- NIST

So Buterin dumped on you his shit twice:

First time during IPO, Second time when he sold his 25% of coins during the pump.

This Russian scammer dev Buterin now colluded with the Russian exchange BTC-E to make a third dump  Grin

Great name Gillette, go shave your dick.

Vitalikhisballs dumped his eth to get pimple surgery along with lining his pocket with millions.

It's time again updating my ignore list weeding out the low IQs.

Given today's difficulty level, what is the recommended difficulty level for proxy solo mining, for a 145MHs rig?

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

If you solo mine, there is no need to set the difficulty level. You can use the default. Setting difficulty is just for pool mining.

You know something is always up when newb members try to bash a coin (or stock) on the forums..  Cheesy

What about hero members?

I think what ETH dev is doing is a complete disgrace, and he will continue to show his true thoughts on his OWN PRODUCT by doing things such as this...

Answer me this...

If he thought his coin was so great, why in hell would he dump such amounts at once? To me the answer is obvious... he lacks faith in his own project.

Have fun and make money while you can with ETH, because the dev has already shown us where he thinks it should go... (insert DUMPster joke here, *badoom doom, tish*)

IMO - Don't get stuck holding the bag, get out while you can.

Haven't we all figured out that premine and IPO are things that coins do when they're not planning on being legit? Sure there are the rare few, but isn't it wiser to judge on the majority?

If you're interested in one that has followed all of the correct ways of doing things from the beginning, shown true innovation, and has broken multiple (and will continue to break) world firsts, there's a hint in my signature as to where to look...

Be ready, that's all I have to say. The truly good projects are soon to come to the top where they belong.

Doing things the right way takes longer to get you rich, but in the end you still end up with a solid reputation... (Which to some people is more important than instant money.) Doesn't the saying go something like 'it goes as fast as it comes' or something along those lines? That one always rang true to me. Just sayin'.

Hopefully I'm wrong and the dev just had to pay some really large power bills, right? Maybe. Wink

Would love a counter-argument here, if only for shits n grins. Carry on...
Only 25%? Better than nothing! Diversification is good for every asset...

Anyone got some advice for mining? I have tried using my 860M (nvidia) to mine using geth and ethminer, blockchain is synced, dag is created, but my display driver keeps crashing and recovering every time I try to start the mining, thus giving me 0 hashes. So far I have not found any solutions online. I have tried using the "standard" opencl ethminer and also the cuda version. My graphics card drivers are up-to-date.

Also in the early day, you get more tokens with the same amount of Ethereum than in the later days. So it is better to invest early.
