Thats not as much the daily Volume on Ether is arround 2.500.000.000USD so its over 6 times higher.

The total sum of ICO related ETH is really massive, could mean a disaster had it to be dumped on a short period of time.

That's 3,5-3,6% of the total ETH supply, so not that much.

You underestimate the impact that's going to have on the exchanges. Much more than a 3% drop.

Every seller has buyer for his/her order so think other way at current price. What if this was bottom they those are waiting for lower prices will get rekket and buy at higher. This is highly volatile phase in which price dropped sharply but reversal if happens will be same speedy. Assume risks in both directions with flexibility and expect the unexpected to arrange your strategy.

I believed to ETH , I did, cause when I came to crypto there are only one real working platform, ETH has their DEX trades, crypto kitties, that I hate. That was a first time when I knew what GAS is ! That was a first sign that ETH have some problems, but now scam ICO really main problem for ETH. There are so much scam ICO around here, that even I began to doubt to the ETH future.
On that dump I thought about ETH, but I chose BTC instead.
Anyway ETH have really strong team and working product, with problems, but working. So if they can repair system ETH will live in the other situation in 2-3 year we could forget about this platform.
Anyway I made a picture as my support to ETH project and now in crypto we need as more working projects as we can get.

How is the SEC even going to enforce action against ALL previous ICOs?

The SEC ruling should apply to US citizens only so exactly how is possible that all ICOs (regardless of using ETH or other) will be penalised?

If a European citizen is living in Europe and participates in a non-USA ICO then what has it got to do with the SEC if it is legal in the country that European citizen resides to participate in ICOs and it is legal to run the ICO in the country of the ICO company?

This pump can not be long, Bitcoin should fall below $3000, and the Ether below $100. Only after that you can see a steady growth.

Well positive news arrived on internet by NASDAQ, interesting things will be happen in the beginning of 2019.   

I also hope that hopefully the price will go up and we will follow the development of the price to be clearer and we will see if it is true that at the beginning of 2019 there are interesting things

It is really hard to catch the way how whales are thinking for next move they always put their against the market. I hope so this market touch the bottom now it will move with healthy trend which will make this more attractive like before and even we will see more strong.

If it goes down to the bottom, it will be interesting, I am very sure that pump and dump will occur quickly and cannot be controlled anymore.

Vitalik gave all his Ethereum to community that someone to not blame for manipulation. It was his example what was repeated by SatoshiLite. They dumped their own holding at top prices just to make the things more transparent. Market always move in opposite direction of public sentiment so it can taken as signals of rise, am I right ? Nope, if you dilute the amount on several exchanges it's becoming negligeable. To create an impact, you' would have to dump all at once on the top 3 / top 5 ETH exchanges (smaller exchanges follow more or less the trend), but the "panic sell" would not last long.

ETH issue is the scalability that prevents high quality Dapps to be developped (they couldn't run on the current version of the blockchain). ETH is loosing the edge to faster blockchains, especially Tron (I consider EOS a junk).

If you really wanna bet on ethereum, consider instead legit projects without ethereum's rubbish, such as ARK (today +10% and set to grow until end of week) or ETC.

ARK i agree is a good project but I suffered major loss on my ETC investments got in at around .0055 btc now the price is almost .001

ARK doesn't have PoW, that's bad, then Komodo is better. Yes, and this makes no sense, it's just a good platform for testing new technologies that can be implemented later on ETH. Many are dissatisfied with delays in updating ETH, people do not understand that it is impossible to introduce new technologies without checking the time, other currencies are good for tests

I guess Vitalik is just waiting for the market condition to improve a bit before launching the updated version of ETH

I have such sensing that someone purposefully raises the entire coin market, what goals they pursue are hard to say. Eth soon again will go down in price.

Do you what you are talking about, ETH is always the best cryptocurrency out there if you compare with the others. Of course, now the price of ETH went very low but due to market fluctuation the price went very low.
