Another bounty campaign has extended the term already for half a year! But this time everything is done fairly. 3.This is a scam in itself. They are not planning to issue coins. They just want to defraud the hunter's labor force, they continue to extend the deadline in order to deceive more people.

There are many reasons why campaign has been extended but most of the reason is not reaching the softcap so the dev have no option but to extend and this is more appropriate than those damn scammers that stopping the projecy in the middle and run away with the investors money and leaving the participants in tin air

So just go with the flow and besides participating in bounty are one riskier thing because more than 90% of project ico nowadays are scammers

For me the two reason are when the ICO didn't hit their target cap or goal within the given range of marketing so instead of closing the project they usually extend it for fund purposes. And the last reason is a big problem of a team or unexpected problem encountered by the ICO then the result  probably scam.

In my view this is still fairly normal, because all projects can't be sure when ICO coins are sold out and reach project funding target. if ICO doesn't finish then automatic some projects use extra time to raise more funds. back again to the Marketing project

Though we need to understand why ico needed to extend for meeting the target funding but sometimes those who able to meet their time frame are far more successful than those who keeps on extending their time, as we all knew that proper ads and managing the progress of the given term should be
delivered by the dev team behind.
