So when ths happens how the project goes well? There is no cure for this problem as far as know. Because the teams can't collect money which they aim and then they extend the ico time, so then bounties extend also this is foregone conclusion. When market returns to green back, icos don't extend like now.

It's not. The correct reason should be they have tried to avoid the bearish market and that's why most of icos are extending their bounty campaign.I thought that even there were some of them have raised a lot of money still tried to extend their bounty campaign.

The phenomenon started when ICOs hoped on telegram participants to raise 80 percent of Soft cap for the project which is now unusual unlike last year. Project developers should focus on seeking a greater percentage of their investment seeds from institutional investors.

I think that every ico extends their project because of not yet reaching the soft cap. And there is also projects that extends their project due to their bounty allocation that is to distribute.
