for me it's normal.
because I know that is given a token after the ICO. if I'm you joining a project telegram ask the admin when the token will allow you to know. but always be careful not to fall victim to a scammer.

so we do not want to trust the bounty immediately. first read the white paper and search about the bounty. then join the telegram to find out if the project is not a scam.
but if I'm you wait for just 1 month. because it's normal if not yet! then talk to the bounty maneger after you know how there are no tokens about the project yet.

if I were you.
Just wait for the ICO to finish. then you wait for 1month because it is normally sometimes takes two months to wait. but if you do not ask other members of the project to ask the telegram to know if they have already been granted. ?
If you all have nothing to do with scams.

Longer projects due to slow token sales. They must extend the campaign to promote and sell enough tokens (at least softcap). Having sold the project in two days, the bounty campaign lasted only 1-2 weeks

Judging by the number of answers in this thread. The problem is the place to be! There may be developers will pay attention to this problem.
There are examples of projects for whom the terms of the bounty are registered in the White Paper or roadmap?

This is the circumstance this year, and this was infrequently the case a year ago in light of the fact that ico can be fruitful soon. In any case, this year is frequently a disappointment, so we can just keep on raising assets along these lines.

I think that if the company extends the term of work, it is mainly due to bad fees, or there are none at all. In other words, the project is not interesting to people. One of the signs is the lack of a product or service. Now I'm reviewing ico EOT. Based on the information I have learned, I realized that EOT is developing the newest decentralized gaming platform with new features. I believe that the game direction is now a trend based on this EOT should not have problems with fundraising, and therefore the extension of the work of the bounty program should not be. Of course there are other proprietary probes, but still this one is based.

It is not normally but such situations happen so you need to pay attention on another factors to figure out are these projects scam. By the way I also have participated in several projects where the period of payments has been shifted significantly and of course I am not glad but I wait.

I think many of them just try to earn more money. They see that hard cap is not reached and hope that this prolongation will bring them more.

take in considereation that we are still on a bear market, and it is getting more and more difficult for icos to reach the softcap or to raise more funds, that is why they are extending the crowdsale, and the bounties.. that is why most people are frustrated

Warning! My negative trust is a result of unfair competitor's action! I received my reputation not for scamming anyone but for being an account seller - check it yourself!

there are many reasons why teams can decide to extend ICO, ie they never reach hardcap or even soft hats, regulatory issues, and could be because the developers want more ads to meet the soft cap

I would have adopted a special law that would prohibit from extending or transferring to another date, the already scheduled time frame for ICO. It is absolutely clear to everyone that such actions are taken by a project that can not collect the minimum necessary funds, it has no future and must not deceive its investors and keep the collected funds!

Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal or it is attribute of scam?
Thank!

The developers of projects extend terms, and the bounty of the campaign directly depends on this. Such situations are very common. The project can not attract investments in the required amount. But experience shows that these situations often fail for bounty hunters..

Many a times, they do so when their target has not been reached, and they deem it fit to extend the bounty time, and I do not think that there is anything wrong with this, especially as they mostly always add to the amount that was initially allocated for the bounty campaign. They just want to reach a wider audience I suppose.

It happens in different ways and it is impossible to answer this question unequivocally. Sometimes projects need to get a small amount of money and they extend the bounty, and some just cheat.

This is due to the fact that many investors today do not plan to invest until there is a service in the crypto-currency sector that could really help people learn how to get rid of scammers. I hope that it will all happen very soon.

Since the market is so down, most of the ICO don't even make it to achieving soft cap. This is one reason why they are extending.

Another reason is that some investors are losing confidence with ICO investment for the fact some ICO are scam.

Lot of ICOs (therefor bounties too)  are extended because of the current situation in the market. So many ICOs going on and so few investors that have light hand..
It is much harder to achieve softcap, or expectation is much higher and voila

This question is not very simple. Recently, nobody wants to reckon with bounty hunters. Bounty campaign put on a pause, they do not pay coins, and there are a lot of scammers.

Its not their fault and they are not to be blamed, its just because of the current market situation of the bear season which has almost makes all project not achieved their softcap.
