Depends on the bank but mostly buying Bitcoin is more risky due to high volatility of the prices. But that's the way of earning for traders

Obviously investing in bitcoin is very risky compare to invest in the bank. The value of bitcoin in the past days and weeks are not really good we dont know if it will continuesly dump so its hard to say that its good to invest in bitcoin. If you are going to invest your money in a bank make sure that the bank company have a high standard when it comes to money investing just to make sure that you'll never loss your money but rather to have a good profit.

Both have their own risks, bitcoin is risky because we don't have control weather it will rise or fall, but atleast we have control to our investment of we want to get it, we can and it's hassle free. While in banks profits is not what we're expecting, but atleast we know where to complain if something bad happen, unlike in bitcoin. Both have disadvantages and advantages and all of us have freedom to choose wherever we wanted to invest.

bitcoin is risky investing in the short term, but if you buy bitcoin and check it for at least 5 years I am more than certain that your investment will be multiplied by 5 or 10 times

I think bitcoin investment is much more risky when compared to investment in banks, but surely some will see that bitcoin investment is much more profitable than bank investment. for that some people who think of big profits will certainly choose bitcoin investment even though they know that there is a big risk of the investment. I think if you want to earn big profits should invest bitcoin.

bitcoin investments and bank investments are both risky, definitely I'd go over both investments, if its worth the risk then why not invest on both, split your investments then try to determine which is better and which do you think will give you more chance of earning from that investment....

OF course, Bitcoin investment is more risky than bank investment. Why? It is because bitcoin are not fully supported by the government. But some country also is safe to invest in bitcoin, like korea and Japan. This country are supporting bitcoin. =D
I think more risky to invest  in bitcoin because bitcoin price is unstable. You might also investors a fraud projects. The sad part will be scammed by people. Bank investment for me is not a risky act. Just choose stable and credible banks and your investments are safe.

Volatility and security makes Bitcoin a more risky investment. Fluctuations, significant swings in value that sometimes in extreme. Also transactions are irreversible. If wallet is stolen or bitcoin sent to wrong address, it is difficult to retrieve or rather cannot be retrieved at all.

Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?

I think bitcoin investment is more risky than bank investment because in bitcoin there's a chance that the money you invest will lost. Even bitcoin investment is more risky but it's have more chances to be rich or get a big amount of money. We all know that if we invest that's is risky because you stake yourself.

Bitcoin is indeed more risky than any bank or annuity investments, bank investments has a very low annual interest compared to annuities, but once an annuity goes bankrupt you go down with it. Compared to bitcoin, the only risk here is the way you will handle your money during predicted fluctuations

very risky investing bitcoin because bitcoin erratic price can go up and can go down if rise can profit and if down will get severe losses, if investment in bank will be safe if there is the theft of customer can report to bank side and can be liability by the bank.

Every investment is risky because you will never know what lies ahead.. Investing is just like gambling you may win some or lose some but the key there is never lose your trust in investing because it is the easiest way to get rich.. In investing in btc you should be careful where you trust your money.. research on different ICOs and invest those ICOs which is known for having a good performance.. Do not go for anonymous ICOs..because many of them were scammers wanting to rob you.

Bitcoin is more risky. The volatility in the Cryptoworld is second to none. It can make you a fortune easily as well as wreck your bank account. Hope regulations set in later on to bring adequate balance

Placing money into the bank practically does not give profits. Investing in Bitcoin is quite risky but it can be profitable if done sensibly.

For me bitcoin is more risky than bank investment because in bitcoin the value is not stable,  your money will depends on it.  If it becomes low the amount of your money will also decrease same as when the value is high.  While bank investment will depends on how you use it or manage it and also how known the bank is.

Based on my experience,When it comes to more riskier investment, cryptocurrency wins vs. Bank investments. Banks does not focuses on investment so they offer less risky but less income. Unlike cryptocurrency where even though it is riskier, the chance of having a profit is big.

In terms of risk, the cryptocurrency is definitely higher than the risk of bank investment, but in terms of rate of return, the cryptocurrency is definitely higher, depending on whether you dare to take risks. I think bank investment is too spurious. They will use your money to do something you can't understand, and even steal your money to make some investments.

I think much risky is bitcoin investment because it is prone to be hacked and bugged. While bank investment is just there.
