I have no experience in this matter. But the only thing I can assume in this case is that investing in bitcoin is much more risky than investing in a Bank. In the Bank you have at least some guarantees of the contract and when investing in bitcoin you have little.

bankers and experts call crypto currency "a bubble, which should soon burst." at the same time, investments in the bank are also risky, because the bank also will collapse or lose a license. while investments in bitcoin are also backed up only by demand, but not by any tangible asset. so we can conclude that both banking investments and investments in bitcoin are risky about the same.

All investments must have a risky opportunity. Both in banks and in bitcoins. On bitcoin, we can control full of our bitcoin. The risk, there is no insurance against bitcoin and there is no official central institution that regulates the circulation of bitcoin. If investing in a bank then there is a central bank that governs our money so we do not have the freedom to control our money. Besides that, there are many institution that offer insurance if happen unwanted things to our money.

Very good question OP, I give you that Cheesy This made me think now and I have no idea if I will prefer a bank over a Bitcoin investment. Asking the average Joe on the street, he will definitely tell you that Bitcoin is riskier  Grin asking me: I'd say 50/50  Grin both have their risks, but the Bitcoin approach is for more crypto market knowledgeable people.

I think in bitcoin we have control and power over the money we have invested. And I'm sure everyone will be a little bit objected, for example, our money will be controlled somebody, investing in a Bank or certain people who lure us to benefit from the money we invest, we have no full control of our money is certainly very risky

The more risky between banks and bitcoin investment is bitcoin because your money is not secure unlike in banks that your money is secure. But in bitcoin your money will profit much better and if you are wise you would become a millionaire in a short period of time.

Investing in bitcoin is indeed more risky than investing in a Bank. But if you look on the other side. Investing in the Bank will not bring you much income. And investments in bitcoin will bring more benefits, but with greater risks.

It is true that when you invest into anything other than a bank account (which is insured by the government), you are risking a loss of that investment. Yes, you could receive higher than bank’s rate or you could lose it all.

When you have a bank account and the bank goes out of business, it is very possible that the government will reimburse you up to a certain amount.

However, irrespective of any risk involved in my opinion, Bitcoin is the best option available for the investment and expecting the returns better than anything.

Because we have seen the Blockchain Technology the Bitcoin uses a big success. The Bitcoin being the cryptographic currency offers a great option for international trading. More and more businesses are adopting the digital currency and Bitcoin is most popular amongst all.

I have never invested in a bank but I think the risk when investing there is less than bitcoin. All we know bitcoin is always fluctuate sometimes drop and up quicky this makes people who invest in bitcoin ready or unprepared must accept the fact that its value will continue to fluctuate not always stable.

In my opinion its both risky. In general, there are few investment projects that would not presume a certain risk. The difference is that the bank depends on people, and can burst for example due to an error in management.

Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?

In this case, it is really strange but u always can reject the offer from your bank, don't you.

Bitcoin as stock can give you more confidence. But here you could get the same medium-low risk as everywhere.

investing in bitcoin is more risky, but if lucky I think it can be profitable. And it is a slow process indeed to invest in banking policies. So now people are investing on bitcoin more than bank.

personally I prefer to invest in Bitcoin because the potential benefits of this cryptocurrency far outweigh the benefits of current bank investment. We have just held our BTC for a few months or years until the price reaches a good level. but in my opinion both involve some risk

I think bitcoin is more risky than bank investment due to the fact that bitcoin is not controlled by anybody or government and this can cost easy manipulation of the price of bitcoin.

After today and yesterday, I have changed my point of view... investing in crypto is very hard! You have to resist a lot and HODL!!!

Everywhere there is a risk. If you are an investor with billions of dollars, then, of course, it is easier for you to invest in bitcoins, since you will be the owner of most bitcoins and through manipulation it is easier to make money!

I think everything must be risky. and I think bitcoin investment is more risky than investing in banks. my reason, because the price movement of bitcoin is very volatile. everything must have advantages and disadvantages. but I think, bitcoin investments have an advantage over investing in banks, which can make a person rich quickly because they are lucky when prices get higher, and bitcoin greatly facilitates a person in transacting. people who invest bitcoin, they can directly control their own money. and I really agree with what you say.
