Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?
You just simply lack an information. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency. It is a cryptocurrency to be exact. It means that the government has no control to Bitcoin. Bank investment, on the other hand, requires a fiat currency. Fiat currency is centralized. It is the exact opposite of the cryptocurrency. I think you just fall on the wrong people.

This sound scam, why in the first instance will a bank invest on my behalf and telling me I could loss all or gain 100%, it sound ridiculous and very bad though that might be the way it operate in your country but in my country, it is done by you and might be on three, six months or yearly and with interest that must be paid along with your capital and you can liquidate it anytime of your choice.

But on whether investing in bank or Bitcoin is more risky aspect , I will say Bitcoin is cool for me than bank , because the interest you will get on yearly return can be gain on Bitcoin in just a week , depend on how it grow from when you invest.

It is more risky to invest in a bank than with a small interest. It is also possible to lose it and it is difficult to restore our money. But this is my opinion only. The bitcoins system is especially good if your choice of longterm investment is better. Because of the huge profit you get here

It is because bitcoin will change our payment system. I am sure that the government will create regulations for the citizens to freely adapt and use bitcoins in their daily lives

Probably not many banks are willing to do that, but please keep in mind that Bitcoin was specifically designed to eliminate the need to do your payments and manage your finances through a bank. With Bitcoin you can do all that on your own. If you really need to use the words "Bitcoin" and "bank" in the same sentence, you would probably want to go to an cryptocurrency exchange and convert your BTC into fiat money (USD)

I'm not sure BTC will be a payment system for a long time. The store of value use case makes a lot more sense to me.

My opinion is that investments in the traditional banking system at this stage are much more risky and less profitable than investing in cryptocurrency projects. I would never invest my money in a bank.

I definitely agree with you.  It is true that bitcoin is much riskier than bank investment but the good thing about it,  you have full control of your money.  Additional to your observation, the chance of getting more profit in bitcoin is greater compared to the profit you will get if you invest in bank.

Besides, In bank, it is your own money yet you cannot get or withdraw your money instantly where the investor need to fall in line or wait until your number been called which I found very hassle because it consumes lot of time. Unlike in bitcoin, you have the full control of it. It is hassle free because you can buy or sell it anytime where you can easily convert it into flat anytime.

For me both of this are too risky ,but i think there is more risky while you are holding bitcoin or investing on it,because you put your money on it and you didnt know what will be the future of it,unless you have knowledge about reading the graph of it.

investing in bitcoin is comes with a risk but you can make a huge profit out of it. you have fuly control of your assets when you investing in bitcoin. bank investing is comes with low risk and the profit also less. as a prapotion maximum 4 - 5 % interest. but if you investing in bitcoin you can earn sometimes 100%. as u see it's worth to take a risk investing in bitcoin.

You should not be afraid to face the risks if you will make investment with bitcoins. It is obvious that bitcoin investment is more profitable than bank investment. The more the risks that you will face, the greater the opportunity that you can get.

Both are indeed risky. However, the potential for
cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is huge. It barely scratches the surface now. I believe in and prefer cryptocurrencies in the long run, as they solve many issues other technologies cannot solve and they remove third parties.

Cryptocurrency is very much here to stay because cryptocurrencies are going to displace roughly 25% of national currencies by 2030, according to experts.

For me, bitcoin is more risky than the bank investment because, we all know that bitcoin is a digital currency and the value of it goes up and down but you have a big profit for a better future. Not like the bank investment, it is stagnant and there's no profit because you just kept it in the bank.

In my opinion, it is better to have risk with bitcoin, Yes, it is more risky than bank investment, but also you will have more payment. And bitcoin is predicted to grow and have higher and higher treasure.

I'd assume your from the Philippines in which I'm also too, you see the way your talking about this low, medium, high risk investment plan is nothing but a scam sounds really a stupid investment, investment plan in fact that you don't have any information where or what they doing to your money but I'd still prefer its more risky investing to bitcoin than the actual bank because legal bank have at least 2 to 1.5 % of gain annually to what you invest with, but with bitcoin it is likely to fall any time soon with its fluctuating market stabilization.
Yes, Bitcoin is more risky compared to any banks in the Philippines, the interest rates is lower in which banks will only profit more from our savings. As a risk taker i would prefer Bitcoin even of its characteristics and volatility.

When considering a subjective way, we may think bitcoin is more risky but if we go deeper into the problem and analyze, I believe that the risk of both are the same, even the bank may be more risky because as you say, in bitcoin, we know clearly what we are investing and choosing, we can manage and cut losses whenever we want. While banks only offer listings and investment options, we do not have too many bases to believe that they will use our money to invest in those places, they can take money and run away, or invest in other places, we also can not know, dangers from the bank are impossible to measure

one of the most difficult topic to answer ,bitcoin or bank investments. in my experience if you keep you share in bank the chances of high profit are quite very less whereas if you trade in bitcoin their are high chances of earning good profit and one of the big advantage will be the btc's decentralisation and highly secured wallets
