Why dont they just write a script that kills and starts the coind every x amount of time?
Or just wait for the process to die and start it again?

I was about to complain that I had to stick around waiting for the pool to come back up to make sure my new character doesn't insta-die before I got back when I remembered the handy new 'delete transaction' button.

Indd, I think that new Delete Transaction is going to save some time whilst these bugs are around, but once another pool or two gets on HUC, which I'm sure it will (already trying to get my LTC pool involved by talking with the Admin), then its going to be a lot smoother.

@SNAIL - Thank you for the pre-warn about it not being you on chat.

Yes, same for everyone.
Its the pool crashed. When they "log back on" it will start to work again.

Snail - I know you said it isn't worth trying to solo-mine this coin if you don't have a big rig to do it on, but, when the pool crashes like this one has, would solo miners not stand a chance then?

Problem with that is the difficulty doesn't adjust instantly when all of the big miners just drop out.

Both Eligius and F2pool have the problem

when the daemon does not crash it will be no problem.. the problem is - it happens to all of them

Is there any way to see the hash rate from all pools?
Like on the blockchain or something?

Was anyone able to build this from source on Windows?

I am getting the error below, even though openssl was downloaded and unpacked correctly. The header files are where they should be. I've looked at the paths in the build files and don't see any error.

Please let me know if you've already found the probem with this.
