Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I do think that soon the blockchain will be too big to download.  Any thoughts on pruning it?  Thin client?

Can I delete debug.log?  It is getting quite big.

you can put printtoconsole=1

in conf file.. will make faster and not create it

blockchain will get big, but by the time it's really big, storage space will be cheap.. probably in <"3" years you will be able to buy a 1 TB Micro SD Card.

Storage Space is increasing faster than moores law.

---

SSD is the way to go.. in fact.. i think i'll buy one right now lol

Well, I decided to give this another shot. I was sick and sleep-depraved before, now the issues aren't making me scream at my computer.

People need to just treat this as a passive game, something to enjoy in the background - not something to stare at for hours and hours at a time!

Thank you SnailBrain for all of your hard work on this, now that I've gone back and read and learned about the dev I'm really impressed with the hard work and dedication the two of you have put in! It really is revolutionary, and can only lead to better and better things.

The wallet definitely is a resource hog, grabs 80% of my processor and hangs for a bit every few minutes. I hope a lighter version will come along someday, but I understand how nice it is as-is. It is a little rough though when the hang happens right as you're about to put in a move to big coin right next to you, and when it unfreezes the coin is long gone. I'm learning to just chill and not get my hopes up, that's just part of it.

Hi, someone sent me 2.01 HuC 2 days ago. I started a game and it cost me 1.01 Huc, but it was just before the game was stucked because of the crash of the pool...The days after I try again, and my character was no more.

If I understand right, your character dies if you're afk?
Is there some safe places do be afk?

I have 2 address in my "received monney" , why? Should I delete one?

Suggestion: make the coins amount more readable when multiple players are on one square, maybe with a mouse over popup, or whatever. It's complete chaos now.

i suppose.. but if you want to make money, you need to play Hard Core.. if the Value of HUC goes up, it will be a war.. you wil need to work in shifts in teams (companies), all use the same reward address, split earnings etc etc Like a Job.

but, w'll see

Thanks for trying and coming back Smiley

if you leave your character in the coloured strip where you spawned for 30 blocks, you will die.

no, you can have as many receive addresses as you want Smiley this is the same for every crypto currency (ish)

More of a war? ffs man we have to sleep at some point!!

Would love to see klans/gangs/co's what have you start to develop into proper organized bloody murder... right now it seems to be mostly a free for all.

This post sums up why all this bullshit is a scam
Read It. Hate It. Change the facts that it represents.

yes, - here is a quote from chronokings thread (from July Last year)

Quote
I envision (simulated in my own mind ;d):

Chaos at first, people attacking everyone...
A player will get the Crown of Fortune and be chased to the ends of map until he needs to sleep or dies...
People will realize they need to make friends (or bring friends) and protect each others farms (harvest areas)..
Guilds may form (which will have the same effects as pools) - Websites can be created which will monitor all the guilds "income" (by monitoring block chain).. and maybe they have to pay a fee to the guilds "Fighters/Guards" for protecting the guild hall building which has been created as a place people can leave their characters..
Friends may backstab you to steal the crown of fortune...
