Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Why'd all the love for the p2pool vanish?

You don't see instant results and that's something a lot of people like to see.

35% of hashrate and 15 min with no blocks wtf?

there seems quite a bit of interest in this coin and the blocks are 3mins so that is entirely possible.

You'd see fairly instant results if it had the hashrate.

Don't get me wrong I would love to use it instead, but my hashrate just isn't enough.

This is true. Though P2Pool will payout the very second a block is found (because the way it pays out is by putting the transactions in the block itself), nothing will happen until another block is found. There is a decent amount of hashrate at the node, but these titties are difficult to grab! Only block 169, but already difficulty 2.63. It could take an hour till the next payout - but as long as we all keep reaching, we'll get there..

p2p.0x0a.nl for all your Cryptographic Anomaly, Cypherfunks, FryCoin, GameCredits, Gulden, PenguinCoin, and TittieCoin p2pool nodes! Err.. I mean needs! .. Both.

How about throwing some http://127.0.0.1:8008 in there?

rpcuser=titan
rpcpassword=tit
rpcport=8008
server=1
addnode=86.1.252.20
addnode=14.202.86.250
addnode=98.154.27.203
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1

Then in the .bat
cgminer --scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:8008 -u user -p password

You have restarted the wallet? and you know where the tittiecoin.conf file goes right?

I didn't restart the wallet, but everything else I tried.  I switched to the incoinswetrust pool and my GPUs are working fine there. I am just going to do what works but thank you for trying to help.

Np. Restarting the wallet is essential i believe cause it will then start with that server=1 that tells it to be the mining server.

I disabled registration to prevent getting 51% hashrate. New commers please populate other pools. Registrations will be re-enabled when we will get under 45% total hashrate

add this entry to your host file :
95.130.9.118  ttc.incoinswetrust.com

I tried to do that earlier, wouldn't let me save the file over some administrative error.

Weird that I would need to do something like that though? His other two pools work immediately, it's only this one that won't work. Tried on different connection, same thing. Can someone in the pool try send me an invite to sabbe33@gmail.com?

As stated earlier :

Quote
On windows go on C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and edit the "hosts" file
add this line to the file :
95.130.9.118  ttc.incoinswetrust.com

and save it. Make sure you overwrite the original and it's named "hosts" no txt extension at the end

after doing this you should be able to reach the website by typing http://ttc.incoinswetrust.com in your browser

send me a pm with your mail address if you can reach the pool i will send you an invite to join as the registrations are currently closed
