I previously used Rdio, iTunes which I loved, then switched over to Spotify after they closed down. I find their recommendations & radio options aren't anywhere near as intuitive as Rdio, but their range of music in general and playlists are a pretty big drawcard.

I've been with them for a year but I recently moved offices & no longer have wifi at work, and 75% of my Spotify usage was while at work. I don't want to waste data so I haven't been using it as much; while you can download albums in advance for offline streaming, it kinda takes away from the spontaneity of it all. It was worth paying the monthly fee when I had the network access at work but I don't think it's worth it any more.
