Actually Fuckhead all it takes to sue someone for slander is saying something that you can't prove.

You's are all relying on hear say and assumptions. Seriously, Fact.

You don't have any IRON CLAD FACTS. You have some statistics from websites that may not have the whole network. Want to keep going. I couldn't give two shits, but let people invest where they want to and in saying that I wouldn't put my whole savings in it.

Where did the 850ghs that everyone is going come from. All I have found from Marcelo that it is closer to 500ghs with another 350ghs that isn't online yet.

Using your own logic, If I were to state that scrypt.cc were mining and I could not prove it, that would be slander?

Did you actually bother looking up the definitions of Slander and Libel?

Here:

Quote
Libel vs. slander
Libel is the use of false, defamatory claims about someone in written or printed form. Slander likewise denotes false statements that damage a person’s reputation, but it is committed orally or in any other transient form. Both words have complex legal definitions and connotations, which we won’t explore here. Legal complications aside, all you need to remember is that libel is written and slander is spoken. Slander is also often used informally as a synonym of defamation. Both words function as both nouns and verbs.

http://grammarist.com/usage/libel-slander/

Given that at no point has anyone heard cryptodevil say anything, he couldn't possibly have slandered anyone.

It is proved.

Wrote this some weeks back (old numbers):

Quote
First, we calculate how much money can be generated (max.) per time:

Litecoin
Block reward: 50
Time: 2.5 min
LTC price: 1,3 USD

576 (blocks/day) * 50 (reward/block) = 28800 LTC/day generated
28800 LTC * 1,3 USD = 37440 USD

TL:DR: you can generate max. 37440 USD per day with mining Litecoin

You can add Dogecoin (DOGE), Syscoin (SYS) and Viacoin (VIA) to that amount because they can be merge mined with Litecoin. The same hardware that is hashing LTC can mine this coins at once.
The reward should be ~6-10% (don't care about exact number, not relevant) higher while doing this.

http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency?sort=hashrate&dir=desc

Now look at the market cap of other coins:
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/filter-non-mineable/

There is no coin that could produce nearly as much profit as ltc can. Take any coin and calculate the reward/day.
The market cap is a perfect indize to see which coin can generate how much value.

If you add just 13GH to a coin like Worldcoin (WDC), you end up with double difficulty and generate FAR less per GH/s as you would with LTC and you power costs would consume every profit. (you lose money while doing this)
And just for fun the max reward of Worldcoin WDC/day: 95040 (coins/day) * 0.005310USD = 504,66 USD/day

TL:DR: If you have 500GH/s and don*t mine LTC, you end up with nearly nothing (edit:less than nothing, power costs > rewards) . You can't point them to shitcoins for profit.

If you can't follow the logic, to bad for you.

This looks like a good development.  It gives hope because if they were just scramming with the money then why bother to give messages?  From what I read about in the past the site owner just vanishes in a puff of smoke.  But I guess we will just have to wait and see for this one.

LTCGear? Anyone? Seriously?

Actually Fuckhead all it takes to sue someone for slander is saying something that you can't prove.

You's are all relying on hear say and assumptions. Seriously, Fact.

You don't have any IRON CLAD FACTS. You have some statistics from websites that may not have the whole network. Want to keep going. I couldn't give two shits, but let people invest where they want to and in saying that I wouldn't put my whole savings in it.

Where did the 850ghs that everyone is going come from. All I have found from Marcelo that it is closer to 500ghs with another 350ghs that isn't online yet.

So here are some facts: Everything on ScryptCC refers to altcoins, Scrypt mining, KHS, etc. Marcelo Santos has said time and time again there's 850 Gh/s of Scrypt, uses Gridseeds, blah blah blah. These are facts. I've witnessed with my own eyes in the site chat box, and other users can corroborate this.

Now that this whole thing is going tits up, the fanboys are saying "How do you know it's only Scrypt mining?" and "Maybe he has other revenue sources" and now you are screaming about libel and slander.

The fact is, your beloved Queen Marcelo put this all out there and when people found ways to refute it, you "investors" started making up other shit to make the story fit. 500 Gh/s? You think one person operates 500 Gh/s? In a single DC? LMAO. Other than throwing some Bitcoins into Scamzi, what the fuck do you know about mining?

Goodness me, much anger, many vitriol. Unfortunately, while you might be full of spite and hatred for me, you're still wrong and somewhat something of a moron to have completely ignored the correction I made about the difference between slander and libel.

Here, let me walk you through it, pay close attention now:

1. Slander refers to the spoken word
2. Libel refers to the written

Need me to guide you through it again? Still overwhelmed by the confusing amount of information I just gave you in those two points?

As for your definition of the law in this regards, are you a child perhaps? Might that explain your utter inability to check facts before you post loud and confident declarations which serve to prove you to be grossly and willfully ignorant on the subject you are discussing?

Google is your friend. Try looking up some actual facts and not relying on banging your fist on the table and shouting things you believe are true, when they are not. Libel, or slander for that matter, is nothing to do with saying something you can't prove. If you have every reason to believe what you are saying is correct then it is neither libel or, if you spoke the words, slander.

Don't believe me, go ask your nearest lawyer who will happily take $100 off you to explain the same thing.
