In the first week i minted from MN wallets, but now only Masternode rewards coming, no minting.

Hi, wallet will stake automatically when it is connected to the network.
Please check bottom right staking jsatuts symbol. It should be green.

Staking can take some time if you don't own much coins.

I asked them above and they answer that we have to wait first award 12 days. May be more, depends on how many nodes are at work. And this quantity is huge.

There is no ICO and no problem with decentralization : )
Telos coin is not owned by someone. It is no sort of security.
The community needs to grow a little but than we plan to release a governance system which allows to vote on project specific decisions. 1 node = 1 vote. 

The decentralization aspect is also one reason why we keep the entry low.
1000 coins for a node.

With more usecases we add, the value will go up.
