Member of the Icelandic Parliament has written about Auroracoin. And it's a negative review, talking about a scam.

Member of the Icelandic Parliament has written about Auroracoin. And it's a negative review, talking about a scam.

He also calls bitcoin "play money". lol

And is he saying auroracoin dev is mining / has mined the other 50% himself, so if the airdrop is successful and Icelanders start using it, dev would be BILLIONAIRE? Cheesy

Also saying dev being anonymous, that indicates a scam, "Anonymity is hardly unnecessary". Maybe the dev just doesn't want to get assasinated by the banksters who knows, why take that risk?

He seems to be pretty much out of it - hopefully someone will correct his false assumptions.

Your pool is dead

It's not dead.  What are you talking about?   The only reason the other pool is kicking is because it got advertised on Bitcointalk first.

Has anyone managed to sync?

no, any idea how to add the nodes
i dont see an addnode method in the wallet console

you go folder where you have data files for aurora coin, for example user/appdata/roaming/auroracoin

than you make new textfile into these folder, copy paste bellow text into it and save it as auroracoin.conf

rpcuser=USERNAME
rpcpassword=PASSWORD
rpcallowip=*
rpcport=12341
daemon=1
server=1
listen=1
gen=0
net=12340
addnode=93.158.203.104
addnode=2.248.159.250
addnode=69.165.209.14
addnode=93.31.123.188

Hope that work well.

Regards

btw Wink

Hello educatedwarrior,
I am waiting till today morning for answer from support from your pool. I can't unlock account details and enter the payment address. I must wait for an e-mail confirmation.
I wrote an e-mail to the support and became an answer at my mail address, but I became no token to unlock my payment address. Should I mine at your pool, I could not become AuroraCoin to my wallet. Please clear this. Thank you.

@OP

Provide the wallet address where the 50% of the premine is, or forget about everything.
