I think to increase age and human health is not just food. but do exercise. Food = give body calories and nutrients Exercise = burning calories Do it in balance, I'm sure your age will be long.

If you really want to live a longer life eat every other day. There is no reason to eat food everyday. Our bodies are not designed to eat massive amounts everyday, thats why we have a huge problem with diabetes. We store fat for a reason. We are meant to go long periods of time without food.
Every animal on earth will have their lifespan increased significantly by calorie restriction.
To put it simply eating = aging.
If you want to live longer , you must eat everyday not just every other day , i know you cannot eat every other day because it is important that when you feel hungry just eat as much as you want but in a healthy way. Because eating too much that is not healthy to our body can affect our body and can lead into obesity that is not recommended in a healthy living. Go iut and breath some fresh air , and juat live a happy life to live longer.

I also suggest also eat nutritious foods and always work out. But sometimes financial problems can also be the real cause of death. Thanks for the suggestion that you really need to eat nutritious food and always work out at the gym or play sports. Most people lose their health when they face financial problems. One who is free from financial problems have a free mind. It's simple. If you want to live longer avoid stress, alcohol, smoking, bad habits, unhealthy food, practice regularly, don't live in the big cities and try to eat healthy, natural food.
