is really confusing for bounty manager, sometimes you dont know what the team is upto, is crazy that you put in  your energy  and time then get scammed .the question is how can  we limit scam in the crypto world? espcially  I.C.O

We cannot blame the bounty hunters to blame the bounty manager because he is the one from the start who accepted the campaign without knowing if the team behind the project is legit or a scam, maybe the bounty manager is not good at this field when I check the bounty Uchit it is very suspicious project and also I never heard of the bounty manager who manages the project, maybe he just accept project without looking on it, moral lesson here is to choose a good bounty manager do your own research always when chosing a bounty because not all bounty now are legit.

currently not the wrong manager but the developers are dishonest to the manager, I see a lot of things here, especially in Bounty telegram stalling time about the payment of a project. and that happens a lot.

WE cannot blame bounty hunters every time about scams. It is our responsibility as well to go through the website properly and do enough research before joining any ICO.

It is not easy for Bounty managers  to predict scam. It is better to talk to Bounty manager ad make a solution by which you can contact team of ICO , if it is scam then take help of bounty manager and raise voice against ICO team.

Yea, it doesn’t mean bounty manager knew about scam. I remember one ICO, which was going okey and then manager made an announcement that he has some predictions it could be scam and then he was sure it was. So he really saved our time and I was very thankful to him. So there is no need for manager to hide the truth.

always think positive. bounty managers can not be blamed entirely on this, especially when bounty managers are not from their teams, causing their ICOs to fail very much, colliding with government rules, unable to reach softcap at the time of sale, or even other things out of power of the team, this is a risk for bounty hunter, do not be discouraged, do not just focus on your failure. try again on another project, the success of someone who always works hard.

So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

I think bounty managers shoudn't be the one to be blame because they woudn't be able to know in the beginning of their task that a certain project is a scam. They also have their own responsibility and they are just following the advises of the people with higher positions.

This was true in the case of Uchit. The bounty manager was tediously updating the spreadsheets everyweek and in the end his effort was also wasted. He also will not be getting any reward for his effort.

I think that the potential for earning a bounty is almost exhausted and basically people are waiting for either payments, or the start of trading on the stock exchange, to draw some final conclusions. I think a couple more months and everything will become clear.

Too many participants are applying for the bounty campaigns and this has reduced the payments. And at the same time, there is an exhaustion in the ICO market as the investors are retreating.

we cannot blamed bounty managers for those scam ICO's coming out right now. bounty managers are also waiting for the distribution of token after ICO's is finish, same as the bounty hunter that are expecting to get paid. the best part of this if someone can contact the developer and discuss what to do then move on, find an good ICO that you really think its premising one.

Partially bounty managers are to be blamed if the bounty campaign is scam because in the first place bounty managers should see to it that the bounty he is running is not scam by doing research himself.

can't be entirely, either manager or participant. because ico is 50-50. could have great success with a 50% chance, and fail with a 50% chance too. from the beginning, the selection of good bounty is also important.

I dont think so that bounty managers were  be blamed if the project is scam, in the first place they are not the owner of the project and they just also hired from the Dev of the project. We also bounty hunters take all this kind of risk when we get scam after the ICO or in the middle of their project., thats why before we enter in a bounty we need to research first if the project was good to join or not.

bounty managers job is to make the bounty stakes count for the fair distribution. we cannot directly put the blame to the manager if he is also been decieved by scam project developers. it is our sole duty as a bounty participant to rediculously check the project if it is real.

Yeah, we cannot derictly put the blame on the manager because ICO bounty today has completed all requirement possessing as a legit ICO bounty campaign. And it happens it is scam ICO commonly in a middle of campaign date. Just so if team manager would directly inform the public that some of the member will tell the truth.

Bounty managers are just like us to who is working. Just like us they will have a hard time figuring out wether the campaign is legit or just a scam. Just like us he will not get paid when those things happened. I think it we are responsible and not the bounty manager. He didn't invite us to join but it is us who joined in the first place.

I don't think the bounty manager should blame, bounty manager at the beginning of a do not know the ICO is fraud, and now the market is not good, there are a number of projects have not reached their bonnets, so ICO is considered by a bounty hunter is a scam.

I think bounty manager is not the one to blame, bounty manager also do not know that ico will be a scam or not, maybe we should be more careful in following ico.

Now there are more and more ICO projects with problems, especially dishonest projects. Bounty hunters are often no longer able to get good returns.
