Yes, I think that managers are to blame, because they are responsible for marketing. and do not warn about the failure of the ICO.

Bounty manager is just the one who handles the bounty campaign.
On the other hand, the one who manages the payments of bounty is the team itself.
Bounty manager has no right about it.

I disagree of your perception on the bounty manager who are just handlings the campaign because in the first place they are the one who screen up the fake bounty that spreading through the bounty thread. It can create massive damage to the organization publishing fake project which a lot of investors may be one of victimizing.

I don't think so that the bounty managers should be blame. They are also like us bounty hunters but have different responsibility. They are not part of the company who's offering ICO. I have once joined a campaign and end of the day it was a scam. The bounty manager even distributed the token but at the end they ICO team run away and did not list the token in exchange. The bounty manager apologize but hey don't have any control about it. So don't blame them, they are just also doing there job like us. Let's just be careful in choosing bounties. Cheers.

Bounty manager just do their job, and with regards to falling market we had no control about it. Eventhough we're careful enough it doesn't mean we won't fall to the trap, because there's a project having good platform and suddenly you'll wonder why all communications been cut off after ico succeeded. Even the managers were also a victim.

Bounty managers are to be blamed because they are next to the managements of the project, they know more about the project than the bounty participant, mind you, they are playing on their trust if they keep conducting failed or scam project.

Bounty managers are sometimes not to blame depending on somethings. If the manager makes it clear from the beginning that he is not part of the team and that if you are joining, you are doing so at your own individual risk, then why blame him for any unforseen circumstance? There are managers from the team itself, for those ones, you can blame.

I think bounty managers shouldn't be blamed, how can they know, if an ICO is a scam or not. Bounty hunters have also got some responsibilities, they have to research well before participating in an ICO.

I think it's the ICO team, they are the one to be blamed. Bounty manager is a victim too. They are just too doing their job. We bounty hunters must be very careful in choosing a bounty campaign so that we will never be scammed again.

If they make things clear at the beginning, then they are not to blame. Some bounty hunters will state it boldly and clearly that they are not part of the team and therefore are just bounty manager, therefore if you join, you are joining at your own risk. These type do not need to take any blame when projects become scam.

In my opinion the bonus manager is also a victim like bounty hunters. They can not know if the ICO is a scam or not.
So do not blame them

We can not blame bounty manager if the ICO is a scam. Bounty manager is also working like with other bounty hunters. By applying on a certain ICO to be as a bounty manager,  they are also taking risk, not only their time and effort, but their name and credibility. Upon negotiating with the team, they are also equipped with hope that the project will give them a better future.  The  real intention of the team behind the  ICO is not in control of  the bounty manager. Their task is only to monitor the work of bounty hunters and make a report that will be submitted to the project team. Everyone is working at risk and uncertainty.  If you are not ready to take a risk, don't invest. If you are not ready be scam, then don't invest.

So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

If the bounty manager knew about the ploy to scam people all along then they are also to blame but the truth of the matter is that these bounty manager are just working for them to be paid the same just as bounty hunters. So we cannot blame them as they are just as much of a victim as us. If you are a bounty manager, just make sure to do more research into a project before taking on their campaigns.

I dont think so bounty managers are responsible for this Because if Ico are scamming then how do the manager know that it will scam in upcoming days they are also suffering in this situation but they should research properly.

Actually bounty managers are also working in the ICO project and they are not liable if the bounty are scam because the project owners itself is the responsible of the projects payouts in the end of the projects either successful or not. So theres nothing to blame and if there is I think it is the project owners itself.

both the bounty managers and the bounty hunters are to be blamed. The bounty managers fail to do their task and fall a sufferer also some hunters just leap into a bounty and start collaborating with out the total expertise of what the ICO is all about. Blame the both parties worried

Sometimes it's the bounty managers are to be blame by this. Although there were cases that bounty managers are not the person to be blame. For example, the team promises money but they didn't pay. That's not a managers fault. But, if the manager is consenting the acts of a scam ico. That's a clear manager fault.

true, sometimes the manager project also receives a payment with the token made by the project and paid after the project is completed, and if the project is a scam, the project manager will not get paid either

Some managers can't do their jobs correctly, they need to have the skill to be on time with the stakes.

Bounty managers should never be blamed. They're the ones who will be paid first before us so when the campaign fails to pay the bounty participant, then it is more likely that bounty campaign manager will not be paid as well. Never blame the manager because he/she is doing their assigned task to them.
