We've looked at each project, and then based on feelings and confidence, we joined the project and registered and the bounty manager always updated it, and we didn't know the project was a hoax, so that's our risk, and the manager couldn't provide any information about it because it was also hoaxed.

Gift campaign managers cannot be part of the team at all from the start but only contract employees with them, who don't even need a direct (physical) meeting. Pay hunters also have some responsibilities, they must do research well before participating in the ICO.

It is already given that we as bounty hunters are responsible  for whatever the outcome is however bounty managers also play a big role, they are the ones who know more what we know.

I think part of the responsibility lies with the bounty managers! They take the projects and lead them , and they also check all the documents and the team , so they have responsibility!

At some point different people will be blame for defaults in icos ranging from the team behind the project up-to the bounty managers. Although at the first thought the managers are to be blamed but it can also be shared among the different people behind it. At the end of the day their responsibility is to lead, direct and co-ordinate the bounty so it is still their fault.

some bounty managers are very irresponsible because they accept all bounty campaign offers that they receive without first finding out whether the ico project really exists and  trusted or not, so we must say thanks for the admin in this forum for giving negative trust to the bad bounty manager

Well they have the responsibility for the project so yes. I don't know why it is hard for them to somehow give a weekly or monthly update of what's happening in the projects and the tokens they promised in return of the jobs. Sometimes, they really give the people who invested their time in them the doubt which may lead to the "scam" idea. So please bounty managers, prove to us that the projects you are into and we invested into clearly deserve the right to become successful.

So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

They are responsible for the scams but in the first place, the very root of evil schemes would be the team who really started the project. They are the source of it all and must be held responsible.

No, you can't blame the Bounty Managers. They are same as us. They can't detect which ICO is not a scam.
So, the only person you can blame is the team project.
Not like where you are. I have participated in the project Sharpay. BM has scam Smiley the project has sent the token for him, but he has no work of his that has scam the whole number of that token to do for his own benefit

maybe yes, maybe not it depend on the situation because bounty manager is just like us also working for the high reward given from the project. they are working in one team and yes BM are the responsible to answer the question of the bounty hunters but they do not own the project for them to blame of what gonna happen the project they are working too.

Basically bounty managers are just the same like us bounty hunters.  If we got scammed from an ICO projects, I bet they don't even know how they could explain their side from the hunters, they are victim as well.

I think they can not be blamed if there are not much evidence to support the claim that they were part of the whole idea. The best we can do is to avoid participating in their subsequent bounties

Bounty manager cannot be blamed when ICO fails or scams because it does not meet the softcap value.

Except Bounty Managers do cheating like distributing uneven tokens in spreadsheets like those that are intertwined with other participants.

Recently, our forum has become very much a scam, why bounty managers do not analyze projects? I heard that for their work they get a reward in BTC and hunters get in tokens. It is not right. Those who get into the BTC should be held accountable.

I don't think so. Just like us, the manager doesn't have a way to know if the ICO will end up being a scam or a failure. They are just accepting projects because of the reward just like bounty hunters. Scam happens on crypto and we should just accept it and proceed with the next project that we can promote. It's not like they have all the coin and didn't distribute it. They weren't getting paid as well if the ICO ended up being a failure.

I don't think its the bounty managers fault if an ICO is scam, because they are also hired workers of such company and they are also the same as bounty hunters, we all can be deceived by the project and false promises with the CEO. So it is necessary that the CEO od such company is very active in the telegram group for them to really answers the questions raised.

Actually the manager can't be blamed. They only carry out what the ICO instructs to manage the bounty campaign. They only carry out their obligations as ICO partners and help ICO conduct campaigns and marketing according to the agreement with the ICO. Therefore if the bounty campaign is not paid immediately, it is not the authority of the bounty manager. Therefore, for bounty managers who are more experienced, the higher the pay price.

but it should be before receiving a contract signature that they must conduct a review to convince participants like us to be sure of their project that it is not fraud
