A good ICO needs to have good promotion prior ICO sale to be able to collect enough funds. Beside promotion many other factors influence the success of an ICO (  the idea of the project  and it`s presentation on Website, Team ,WP, roadmap, global market situation etc)
If things does not work out as it was planned the ICO usually  extends  the ICO sale dates.

Yes, I agree that in recent years a lot of ICO campaigns have been extending the ICO. This is due to the fact that, through a large drop in the crypto-currency market, they do not even have time to achieve even a soft cap. And they can not do this. sometimes even pretty good projects. Therefore, the extension of ICO's timing is sometimes the only correct way out of this situation.

More reasons to speculate on this matter, but I do believe that the most certain here was due to few investors whom participating in the ico. Some people always looking affer into falling price of cryptocurrency, not even thinking about what better future may occur. Extension of every bounty campaign was good, in order for a project to survive and achieve its softcap or even hard cap.

I do not agree. Its just that the ICO market is pretty saturated right now and its harder to collect money like last year where everybody invested in the dumbes projects ever.

Project with experienced team with good idea won't have problem to raise funds, projects with unknown team members will have problem, chance for successful ICO potential grow with duration of bounty campaign. It is all about marketing.
Other reason is what you said, investors lost faith because of shady scam projects.

It could be one of the reason, however, take note that the current market situation is not also good for ICOs since investors would most likely just hold their ethereum or bitcoin than use it to invest since the market price is too cheap. Majority of the ICOs are failing since they are not expecting that the market will be in a very bad situtation.

market is really very weak nowadays. everything is red. so it is not easy for icos to collect money from people during bearish market. so they just extend the icos to at least collect the soft cap. so bounties are also extending or delaying.

I think goverment try to regulate ICO. And it isn't bad, because we can see that a lot of scammers disappeared.

Very rarely in such cases, the conditions for rewarding members of the bounty are changes, therefore basically as a result of work it becomes more, and payment doesn't change

Well I have seen it happen a few times and to be fair I don't disagree with it, especially if projects need to reach a soft cap to pay us all out lol. It wouldn't be fair to be working hard for a project only to see it doesn't reach the minimum amount it needs to function as an entity and then see it return money back to investors and give us bounty peeps squat. I wouldn't like that at all to be honest. Our time is just as valualbe as money is to others.

yes you say that some people are joining a bounty because they sell tokens that say wlang interest but it's okay.

but for the more bounty they get involved because they are so desperate that they join in to get the token together and then sell them. so they make you money. they need a trading strategy. They will know the time when they can invest or join a bounty.

It's not like this, they have to ensure that they reach the softcap.Even if I don't like it better to start the project with some funds.

I think everything is logical. The number of Bounty campaigns depends on the number of ICO's. The more ICO projects, the larger and Bounty campaigns

Yes, i can only agree. Scam icos are really a problem. It discourages investors from investing in real and good icos.
Therefore, the reputable icos need more and more time to collect money and thats why are extending is needed.

not because of scam! but because they didnt aised enought of funds! because that they extend their ICO and token sale time so it come after that of couse extending thir bounty and mean extanding the distribution of bounty tokens or bounty coins

I think main reason for bounty campaign extend is project ICO postpone, can't collect minimum fund to run their project, a lot of ICO failed and postpone because of current market dip, less investor interested ICO right now

I think many bounty campaigns extended for till markets recovering. Any project can't like to release there token in this bear market situation. Because they can' t reach there release price in this bear market.
