If you have not yet paid the fees to be a level 3 genesis address and you will not able to use the transaction feature but i suggest you try to hold yourself until everything will be clear.

We do not really have 32,000 MNE.  That is the maximum amount of MNE that can be mined by a L2 or L3 genesis address.

We get about 2 MNE per day and if you are at L3 this Available Balance can be transferred to Livecoin (if and when the wallet comes back online)

So your Total Balance is 32,000 MNE but your Available Balance depends on how many days you have been on L2 or L3.  In my case, as of today, it is 42.8 MNE

This is not an isolated case it happens on other projects, I have not checked up my addresses yet to see if the new smart contract is already processed, I hope things will be ok as I will be upgrading one my wallet, this is very profitable to those who created a lot of genesis wallet.
