it WILL BE possible to sell that coins AFTER they will be mined.

MNE contract will start to mine it after address upgrade. Before that all your MNE closed by contract and you cannot do anything with them. Except to sell your genesis address Level 1 with not-mined coins.

So first - you're upgrading your address to Level 3 (or at least Level 2) to start mining process.
then you're waiting for coins will be mined (if you want to get all the 32.000 MNE it will be a little long, haha
and after you wait enough to mine as much coins as you're ready to sell (and have Level 3 address) you can move them to exchange.

I have a Genesis Address, but for what I can see I cannot do nothing except pay 0.5ETH and wait years and years.
At that point probably the value is zero.

Well, judging by what it says, most likely you do not have enough ether for payment , the value of gas limit (32.000) is too low

I very much doubt that you will be able to sell a level 1 address, there are a lot of them ,but there is always a chance, it's up to you to decide whether to sell or not

The Dev wrote that the commission was needed to prevent people from claiming thousands of genesis addresses and then dumping mne... So the commission have the purpose to prevent this. Now you are asking the dev to remove the commission because you did exactly what the commission should prevent.... This sounds a little strange  

The Dev is expecting a lot of never activated genesis addresses... If you read carefully his messages you will find that this was expected.

Looks like you and your friends simply lost an enormous amount of time claiming that high number of addresses. I'm sorry about that.
