If you forgot you will still be able to access your wallet. Which better, do more copies and you get pieces of paper on multiple secure places. Then keep it on your wallet or into your cabinet.

That will be the most crucial thing that i think will ever happen in your life because we all know that the private key or json file thing and any other key that can access your bitcoin wallet or crypto wallet is sometimes you can only have it once so if you do forget them that will be caused a big problem because in the first place a lot of things and reminder will pop before we continue in our wallet and that one is to always keep our own key access that we are the only one can used it and to keep safe of it. and i think thats also the reason why some people switching now into a hardware wallet instead of online wallet but we all know in the end it will ends the answer to us how we will keep our earnings safe in our hands.

Probably print your private keys. or just back it up somewhere that you know is safe.If that keys disappear, you're screwed.

If someone accidentally forgot his/her private key of his/her wallet, he/she will not be able to access it anymore unless they will find ways to recocer or remember it. Thus, it is better if you will print your address together with your private key.

Maybe it could be if they still remember everything maybe they can get their private key back so they have to ask against the admin who know their private key. So i think they can get their private key back

Even after taking so many safety measures i forget to take my ETH wallet backup and formated the hdd and even lost of pendrive where i have kept my all keys and important account details. But was lucky that one of the Data Recovery Company recovered my datas and saved me. But it is really good to keep your important details in 2 or 3 places so if one gets lost other source should be their to be safe side.

I have kept my private keys in written form in my personal diary its the safest way to keep your private keys. Saving in Computer or laptop is risky because if it gets damaged you will lose all so best if to keep your private keys in written form.
That's great idea to kept your private keys in written form in your diary and keep in safest way. I like the way you do from now on my private keys I will write it and I deleted in my laptop, just like you say it safe it written and we know gadgets gets damaged and sometimes we lose it. Thank you cause you give me bright idea to kept my private keys safe.

I think some of the online wallets allow their users to have their passwords back by using the forgot password method which sends the password reset form to the email that you have used in regestering the wallet account that you have created.

here you can immediately say goodbye to your finances that you had on your wallet, since it is not possible to restore the key, I advise you to keep the key in writing and on any other electronic media

There is possible way to recover the private key of bitcoin wallet so better be careful on where you save it and do not forget about it. It is important thing in your account which have to keep it secure even saving it on your computer. You do not have to forget something that valuable especially if it is your asset that has to keep in for the future.

If you lost your keys, they are lost forever. I don't think there is a way to get them back. Always try to save them somewhere safe... not just online, but offline too. You can't afford to lose your wallet keys they are very vital.

It's very stupid to lose the keys to electronic money. Write or print on paper, it's so easy.

Unfortunately, in this case you can say goodbye to your investments. Keeping bitcoin is very serious and responsible, so never lose your keys if you don't want to lose money.

What if someone forgot the key to their bitcoin wallet ?

It is no problem at all if you lose your key.  Here is a database with all the possible keys in it.  Just go there and find your address and get the key back.

All Bitcoin Keys Here

Awesome. Thanks. I just went it looked up some of my old wallets from years ago and received a few hundred BTC by getting the old private keys that I had lost. I looked up some of Satoshi's private keys for fun, but of course I wouldn't actually take his Bitcoin! But it's fun to snoop around billions of dollars sitting there in plain text on the internet. Bitcoin is fun, isn't it?

Indeed many people are afraid and worried about maintaining their private key, and I can advise that we should use 2FA to increase the level of security in our private key.

I know a few stories about losing keys and passwords to wallets, and none of these people were able to recover them. Alas.

If lost a private key I think that's the end for the wallet no way to retrieve it else you back up with the numeric words and you have the numeric words. I think another best way is to safe it in your e-mail Adress
