With these possibly being much higher hash than originally advertised... are we expecting to see 1/160th total hashrate per share or still locked at 300KH/s?
We'll run them faster and the group will benefit, just like we do with the Antminers. Depending on the effect it has on power consumption we may have to charge a (small) fee, but it would be well worth it.

No experience with clevermining but middlecoin is open and transparent and all group buy owners will be able to easily monitor everything.
I am just waiting for my BTC to come through and will grab some shares

Middlecoin would be the easiest, then we could just pay in BTC (and you can always go buy whatever alt-coin you fancy). We've got the monster rig from Group #4 to do some experimentation until the Gridseed arrive. I wouldn't be adverse to having one or two of the rigs pointed to Doge. It's open to owner input, we're a small enough group where we can come to a consensus.
Are you using cgminer? I know there are a few others but, CGWatcher has coinchoose API integrated and most of the coins added so that you can use it to define your own switching parameters. You just have to write the bat files to kill and start each coin when the triggers are hit for the swap. This way, you arent depending on a coin pool to make your decision, you can choose the best pools to mine on for each coin and set auto payouts to the exchange for autosell. Middlecoin would be the easy way out... a CGWatcher style solution would require a bit more work to monitor and make sure coins are being sold, but maximizes profit. It needs to be simple, the miners have their own control unit that works with a cloud interface, what about http://clevermining.com/? Right now the Group #4 rig is on middlecoin, does anyone have historical data to compare return from the various auto-switch pools? This guy is going to test several auto-switch pools. Unfortunately no historical data yet. https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=15124.0

Just looking at middlecoin miners... if this scrypt ASIC can indeed push near 90 MH/s when it arrives, that matches the fourth fastest miner currently on that pool.
Last 3 days he has averaged almost 1 BTC per day. Easy calc 7 BTC per week divided by 160 shares is BTC0.04375 per share. If that rate can hold constant (oh to dream) then this is a 90 day payout for ROI roughly... by payout week 12 we should have more than what we put in.

Thank you, MWNinja, for letting us participate in another group buy. I have sent you the money for 2 shares: https://blockchain.info/tx/1c87391ad8182718b76712c8805b704950cae48272795a93325e21bc15710fefPlease, write down 1A8VRiALKLa26aB2zRzxcjQHMeUBWM5H4A instead of the first one that appears there, so I can easily track the earnings from this buy. I think Middlecoin is the best option, so you don't have to care about what coin to mine and then about trading it for BTC. I personally use Middlecoin for those reasons. And, as you say, if people prefers to have another currency, they can just buy it after receiving their BTC.

MWNinja is 100% trustworthy no doubt but Im sure there will be some users that would like to see current earnings etc and do calculations for themselves - I think several switchpools will complicate the matter and make the dividends less transparent.

I don't think it's that complicated, as long as the pools have publicly available stats for each participant (like middlecoin or clevermining and not like hashcows). You would just add a couple of numbers. The better question is why use multiple pools if there is sufficient experience/knowledge in the community as to which pool is the best. It appears that the current leader is middlecoin (their stability issues notwithstanding). Until that changes is there really a reason to experiment with 48 (or more) megahashes? Clevermining looks nice but I'm getting only 75-80% of middlecoin rate in my own experiment (several 270Xs pointed at different pools).

Possibly 550kh/s or more per the firmware spoken of recently... 3-4 months depending on luck and possible exchange rates. But consider there is ZERO hosting fees for the life as long as you have good standing in GB#4. Consider that after the ROI this is basically free BTC weekly...
