My small advice about crypto market

Do your research before investing in any coin  I have seen many people losing everything just because they din't do enough research about the coin. I highly recommend to read the whitepaper, Sometimes its better to invest in couple of different coins rather than just investing in one single coin because even if one coin doesn't do as good as you expected the other coins will most probably do as you expected it to do, Goodluck and HODL  .

Your last phrase is very reasonable, but in the previous lines you are mixing different words. Investor is indeed the one who chooses to buy some coins and hold them until the price grows to a certain point or something like that. However, an investor will not make profits from the cycles. This person will be patiently holding no matter what kind of fluctuations are happening. If one is mainly oriented on cycles then it is closer to trading than to holding and, while it might help you not to end up in a very bad position when you realize you lost a lot, it requires more time and experience.

you can make money swing trading where you take 2% on each trade, it's better than hodling and crying on our losses. of coure if you know what you are doing.

all crypto price movements will basically depend on market demand if demand increases then prices will rise and vice versa if demand decreases in price will decrease. so I think it's just a matter of time when everyone starts buying on crypto and also making a profit.

Cyclical is the scientific term that will best describe whats going on in the bitcoin today. As per the happenings and hypothetically predicted it is a good idea to invest in bitcoin today. Because bitcoin's future will rise soonest. All we have to do is to hold it and have patience.

Actually, before we starting to involve with this we  definitely know how risky it is and how is the movements in the market so it means that we are able to be much prepared in whatever movements will be performed in the market. Thus, the ups and downs movements is typically normal flows in the market so the combination of trading and/or holding is much better strategy to do so we can be much profited in the future. Holding for the meantime then trading in the right time is the key to reach our success in the near future.

true, you have to understand the MARKET first. for example bitcoin market is a rollercoster that goes up and down but eventually ends up higher than where it started at even if right now you are seeing the downside of it.

but the altcoin MARKET is very different. altcoins mainly don't have any future so they have become these pump and dumps which means investment in them, when you consider it longer term, is not a good idea ever. they are only good for short term speculation in small dozes.

While I do agree with your bolded statement I think your thinking of Investors and defining them as traders. Investors as you mentioned HOLD for a long period and usually let the cycle run its course. Traders on the other hand are the ones that buy for the sake of selling them in short period of time to gain and those are the worriers that keep popping up and creating new threads here because they are losing money.

Their fear stems from constantly looking at the prices everyday and thinking that if they sell now they can minimize their loss because their thinking is being influenced as well by all those media experts saying that bitcoin is going to die. They can't help it because they are losing money now, and they want to do something about it, they can sell now and lose only some or they can login to bitcointalk and rant all day long that they are losing money which I think is the case for most of them here.

yeah but when it comes to altcoins the cycle you have in mind consists of a rise followed by a fall that is equal or bigger than the rise where price is capable of coming down lower than the initial price where it began because the nature of altcoins is a pump and dump-y nature.

that is true in the retroses is where you earn more money because when it rises good rises you have to have nerves of steel to invest in the crypto and you have to read before getting in and do a technical analysis and a study to the currency of the total in ciculation and in how many exchange houses are and what volume has and study of the complete graph since it went out to the market to interpret the signals for the right moment to invest

Ya, good day will come and there is no doubt. But what you say is very true. If you have vast knowledge in crypto invest you may invest here. But Most of the person in here come knowing from another that there are profit if invested. But deftness of knowledge about market are not there. So when market go down they fill in frustration as there is no real in eyes  . In any market everybody must be think for long term. In short term its not a market . Its a gaming.
