But if we invest in ico, we need a lot of research schemes, because now the IcO cannot be relied on to become one of the potential ico. we know that now many ico are frauds so we have to be careful of this ico.

Pegged price is very questionable because the ICO token price has a fix value to US dollar, so if they are going to pegged the amount of ETH and BTC there is big joke. From my view if someone has got plan to invest on an ico, after good analysis it is good to invest by the very first stage of ico. This will let the user get added volume of tokens to the investment for the money being spend on the last days of the ICO presale.
