You will get better % of the company if other one don't buy shares.
But company will get better attention and echonomy if we buy.

Alcurex share price is low and that's why I believe it will go higer, no matter how many shares are sold.

I valued shares; if there is sold shares under 125,000 USD It is still good fee profits
Share price itself, I expect to grown 3X-10X more on three months, if they handle project well.
But this is my calculation, you will need to make your own choice.

But, if shares collect over 100,000USD, they can start USD fiat markets on the launch, and this may increase share value.
So, if they can collect around 100K USD and start offering fiat markets on the launch, I will value this company higer.

Any idea how much longer the IPO will last?

edit: I'd like to purchase more shares if a couple things are cleared up.  Cryptsy is aiming to raise $1M in capital in order to comply with US regulations to become a fiat exchange, while we are looking for ~$75k.  Is this because of different regulations in Belize?  How accurate do you believe this ~$75k figure to be?  Could you go into more detail about this?

At the current price we need to buy 161k of shares in order to get $100k.

I guess we should keep buying then. The deadline for the IPO is at the end of February.

So with the current number of shares, I believe an optimistic estimate might be ~4 months before they can consider trading fiat, assuming it does cost $100k and all revenues are dedicated towards that and there are no obstacles.

In the share profit calculator, the default estimated total profit/month is 20 BTC.
What do you think? Is it realistic? Too low or too high?

The profit calculator is just a theoretical projection based on how much attention and volume you think it might get. more volume= more profit. No one one here can predict the future so no one can tell you this is realistic. The calculator is for imagination lol.... if alcurEX can get btc-e, coinbase, cryptsy volume the profits will be worth it

Yes this is because belize IFSC requirements:
Trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities (e.g. interest rates, foreign exchange instruments, shares, stock, contracts for differences etc).: Minimum paid-up and unimpaired capital required of US $100,000
or
Money exchange: Minimum paid-up and unimpaired capital required of US $75,000

I think people are waiting for the last minute to buy shares. So hopefully we could get fiat sooner than 4 months. 4 months is a long time. Its like 4 years in crypto world.

Yes. There are different regulations in Belize so becoming a money exchange company in Belize is much cheaper than it would be in the US. This is understandable, because USA is a much bigger and wealthier country and thus has higher standards. It could also be that Belize wants to encourage smaller businesses more than the US. The capital needed to become a money exchange in Belize has been stated to us as $75,000 so we trust that this is the correct figure. The IPO lasts to the end of this month. We will announce a specific date a few days earlier so don't worry about missing out on the end rush.

Thanks for the reply.  That's very understandable. I wonder why Cryptsy chose to set up in the US.

Greetings from the alcurEX dev team.

As stated earlier, we have been discussing registering the alcurEX company in Belize.
These plans have changed and we are currently discussing registration in Estonia.
Rest assured we will register the company in a safe place with fully legal means, whether this be Belize or Estonia.

Stay tuned for more updates.

I think capital reguired is not more than 100K. Maybe even less.
Baltic Estonia is way more safe because it's EU regulated country, but tax need to pay for all usd profits they take out from company account.
Company itself is taxfree, only profits out will be taxed.
Correct me if I'm not right.

If I am correct you are going to launch a new exchange platform for people to trade altcoins?

People can buy shares and all the shareholders together get 50% of the profit, of this exchange?

When does the exchange goes online?

What is the maximum amount for buying a share?

How much do you think the profit will be each week and each month?

Thanks

I agree that the site is not the most user-friendly.

https://cryptostocks.com/orders

You put the ticker there (ALCUREX) and it fetches the orderbook.
