I don't think this is very serious.

In my country people are often legally bound to move house on a certain date (if someone else is moving into it) - if this is the case then it's pretty much unavoidable. One day isn't the end of the world after such a delay.

I should point out that Halibit is also just a (large) shareholder who has become more involved in the project over time. I feel that MRC himself has been unprofessional in not even posting here about his absence but Halibit has done a sterling job given the circumstances.

let them be unprofessoinals, but as you said Halibit is a big shareholder and he must be very very interested in making the coin expensive

Ok, we'll see. I'm just having very bad (ongoing) experience with indian codings. And the delay of the launch of alcurex because the coders were not delivering on time is one of them.

This is so unprofessional. They was good in marketing for selling shares of nothing. Now they admit that they don't have any programmer or coder. They just rent few freelancers to do this job. It could be ok if they rent few pro and expensive freelancers. But we can be sure that they didn't rent best coders for this job, because they late very much with release date, good coder should know to calculate time to do job.
This was good marketing and it will be really bad product at the end.
