Giving up on the fucking "regsrcs.exe" virus for tonight, have got another hard drive with this machines setup already mostly installed, have moved wallet.dat files to a USB and will transfer them over to this, then use tomorrow to try and find a fix / reformat the previous drive, grrrrrrr, this is what I get for jumping in and opening an unknown file, years of Mac usage have lulled me in to a false sense of security now that I am using Windows more and more due to mining.

Should people be able to mine solo for a small time frame before the pools are allowed? if so how long?
Should pools and solo miners go head to head.
Should everyone just get in one POOL and share their work equally?

1- I'll share the windows-qt before launch(1-2 hour) with 50 char random password like &%+$.
2- I'll give the source code to 1 or 2 pool owners before launch. They can start them pools when the time come. (reliable, not keen on scam)
3- I'll share the github source after 20 min!

Yes, this please ^^  also, watching todays attempt, I think the diff adjustments need tweaked.  There's a lot of hashes ready to jump on this so it needs a higher starting diff, or faster adjustments, or KGW if you can get that in time.

I'm okay with this, though I would suggest that the windows-qt launch window be reduced to 20-30 minutes AT MOST.

As unpopular as it may end up being with anyone that registered with us - poolminewith.us will be more than willing to wait until public source is posted before the stratum goes up.

Op, trust me giving anything to anyone before launch will make it unfair and you will have a thread full of complaints. Launch source , qt and everything at the sqme time, this will give little guys to earn better from the start while pools compile. Once the pools are online it's game over the diff will fucktuple in no time.
