People only think for short term. They don't care with what would happened in the future especially on these kind of ICO where they can close their service whenever they want and being a scammer. People only think to get money no matter of where the source and such. This is why new developers of those scam ICO is here to rob your money.

Because most of the people wants an easy money thats why they will get easily get scam by those ICO  scammers. It will be the lesson for them by being scam and try to think what should be the first step before Investing on a ICO. Don't blame them, maybe this is first time buying coin when ICO and not all ICO is bad just learn their project if good you can join if bad you can ignore it,maybe you are right that some of them get pumped for some hours and get dumped after some hour, but it's not forever, just patient, after all that coin still new.

All because of money and laziness to read or find out about a project. Usually they just want instant money without thinking about anything, we can see the majority in telegram group, for example, there are many no ethics when they don't get rewards

They surely learn when they get big lost investing in wrong ICOs, for investor, they should learn their project first before investing in their project, lack of knowledge is huge mistake when you do investment.

For some reason, people learned when they are experienced to banned in this forum, they learned that they should follow the rules and the regulations of this forum. Another reason that you are learned when you realize and understand the topic and the content of it, you give some effort to this matter and make some search?, apparently I do it, to understand it clearly I do some search to be aware with that and gain some info's.
