So saw many self airdrops of ERC20 tokens and wave platforms in social media. They would promise their investors a cheap token price purchase, and in turn promise a good listing price at the exchange. 98% of these self airdrop never make it to exchange, and the few that get listed in a decentralized exchange get pumped for 2hrs and there after dumped forever. Why do you think people still patronize these scamming project and not study good ICOs and buy?

I really feel sad with these people and feel mad with these ICO because they just make the reputation of the Crypto currencies to become bad. That is why we are having this bearish market because one of the reason is that some people will not invest to the crypto anymore because they lose their trust to the platform making the real demand to became low too. We will just hope that there is a powerful regulation so that these bad ICO will be segregate from the good one.

most people are very easily affected by large profits so they are without thinking and do not do research on the ICO that will be invested so that those who do this experience losses. they sometimes don't learn from their mistakes

ICO tokens will not always increase on the exchange when the ICO ends. Investing in the ICO must prepare itself for the risk of falling prices on the exchange.

Because, in general, buyers of crypto are uneducated people, who are easily lured to buy useless tokens for the promise of huge profits, and then these people shout that crypto currency is a fraud.

Last year there were quite a few decent airdrops, for a couple of actions. And everyone loves money without doing anything, so people participated in them. This year is a Scam trend and I feel sorry for the people who contribute and participate in it!

For many people experience this, most are investors who have been blinded by the money and doesn't understand the culture or background of the certain project.

I think the problem is, many people don't even care about knowing if a project is a scam or not.
And many cannot even recognize a scam project. I think we need to learn how to recognize those scam project in order to avoid waste of energy and time.

this issue has been spreading in the whole world and the only way to solve this is make ourselves more critical thinkers and do not stay on the paradigm of having a investment to a certain project.

I think they will learn if they have entered the ERC20 world and they should now be able to learn new traders because there are so many tokens that have been created from ERC20.

Of course it all depends on education and intelligence of the person itself. I have been thinking deeply about this issue and not only in this area.

Is there any way to successfully conduct an education campaign or initiative that would allow people to be aware of a determined issue and make them by education, make good decisions?.

I personally don't think every person in the world will learn, it is impossible to do. Some people just don't care about learning and improving. And i have been seeing this with my own eyes in really bad conditions everyday.

Yes they doesn't have enough ideas to recognize those scam project that leads them to continuously join that's why proper research is very important for those people because they can have a chance to know the real project and also develop their strategy that can help them to earn a huge profit in a legit project that they can possibly pick if they have an enough knowledge.

Many people learn about crypto is when he miss the opportunity to buy or sell their coin, many people leave what he miss and really more dissappointed after sell their coin becuase price have higher. Its way how to learn more about crypto and we have know best moment to buy or sell altcoin.
We learn when we make big mistakes and of course when we are losing money in this market. Learning is very important and we should not stop from doing that because that’s the only way for us to become more successful. I just hope that we really learn from our mistakes.

Simple! It's easier getting "fooled" or tricked. If you look closely, any person who gets tricked or scammed oftentimes ignore some checks and scrutiny the should have done on the scammer. In crypto you can't trust anyone implicitly just as much as you can't leave your money anywhere, even in your own house. It takes a great yet simple effort to skip scam projects.

until now I have not been able to tell which cio can be trusted and which one is only deceiving, I think people who are exposed to advertisements are a natural thing especially they put on attractive advertisements with promising promises, but sometimes it may not mean giving False hope is just a market fortune that is less in favor of him, what happens in the market is not in accordance with what they dream and they predict, then the tip of the end seems like a fraud

I agree with your idea. I've been joined some campaigns and receive ZERO. Tell the other way, I don't get my reward or get too little and not worth. Even some of them are scams. Other members have more idea, please share here. Thanks!

I've been here for almost 1 year, but I never join in any airdrop program here. Because it is just a waste of time for me, also a dangerous things too, because it can only be a bridge for you to steal your personal information, email, and etc. Though I'm not saying all but most of it I know. But this is just perception, I won't risk my personal information with such a things especially with those airdrops requiring a KYC form, that's a totally a bullshit for me.

This is the Answer in GENERAL:

Quote from: Tory-Tory
Because, in general, buyers of crypto are uneducated people, who are easily lured to buy useless tokens for the promise of huge profits, and then these people shout that crypto currency is a fraud.

And in addition, you can't possibly tell whether the TOKENS will have a good VALUE or not, when it is released on the market.
Buyers should just support the ICO from buying a small amount that they won't feel scammed, then they'll just wait for the AIRDROP comes to receive a minimal amount of TOKEN that could be added on their investments in the said ICO. With this, they will not lose a big amount of money even if the ICO have a LOW VALUE after it was released on the MARKET.

Because token value is unpredictable, scammers are too wise to create ICO with some promising worth then later on it turns out to be dump. How can we say that it is a scam? so hunters must be diligently study whitelist and discerning enough if the Ico is worth investing for.
