When can we expect to be able to trade on Bittrex again?
Once the new wallet is ready. Sounds good. Thanks for the updates dev... I will be mining until POW ends! Good news, they opened up the market, but you won't be able to withdraw or deposit until after the new wallet is out: https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-RBY

This graph illustrates why Scrypt is no longer safe from a security stand-point. It's possible for even a small Litecoin pool to briefly "go rogue" by redirecting hashrate to perform double spend attacks on virtually any altcoin. The same attack can be performed using rentals – you only need a 3 hour rental, and according to Betarigs that only cost $17 per 250Mh. That means $100 can rent 1.5Gh of hash. Earlier this week "coblee" the developer for Litecoin warned Dogecoin about the same thing. Scrypt is no longer safe except for Litecoin. These attacks are going to become more frequent every day.

Approx. 21mlj RBY coins are available now. And after the new wallet release, this number will stay almost the same. I just grabbed some coins, seeing that dev here is very active, responsible and professional.

what's the POS % what's the extent of damage on the double spend
1% PoS As far as you or anyone else is concerned, there was no loss. Technically, there was a small 1 BTC loss, but I covered it. The dev attitude like this is quite rare nowadays. I am impressed, although I hadn't coins then. Thank you for keeping coin as healthy as it could be in such a situation. I expect 3k price soon.

When we can expect a new wallet release?
As soon as possible, I need to get a bit further along in the process, then I can announce an exact block number.

Thanks for the patience everyone. I'm running the new wallet(v1.0.0) through testnet to make sure it works properly. It won't be much longer to announce an exact block number, followed by a release of the new wallet.

I will be ready for the markets to open once the new protocol and wallet is out. Keep up the good work dev!

Hey - Just noticed on BITREX Rubycoin is on the market now... Is it safe to buy or no?
They did mention they will not except withdrawals or deposits until the hard fork thing was cleared up. So wasn't sure if that meant I shouldn't buy?
