Someone on the network is staking, and I would like to know who, and how. Blocks are being generated and detected.
I just tried to resync my wallet and it's stuck so,I'd like to know too. I can't even sell the coins like this.

You panicky little bitches. Everybody relax, so it's been a few days. If you didn't believe in the dev then why do you own Ruby in the first place.

I'm sure it of was just "oops we tried to put the square peg in the round hole" then it would be fixed already.

Good news is you haven't been able to overtrade Ruby while it's been locked up. In transit folks you do know your coins are safe right?

Fking Ruby team has been in the game longer than most, they will get it figured out.

If you doubt this then lets talk about you sending me your wallet.dat and how much you want for it.

deep breaths people, deep breaths.

It's been a few days? Are you fucknig kidding me? Its been over two weeks. And YES, some kind of status update would be nice. This devs have been absolutely abscent. Those two things combined don't exactly instill a lot of confidence. A few days....what a joke

Not normal but based on past performance by the Ruby team....this should be fixed

Now, that said, an update from the devs is appropriate even if it's just a "relax people, we are working on it".

In the end, they are either going to fix it or not and all the nasty btctalk posts are only going to hurt Ruby in the end.

Maybe look at CANN in the meantime, we are making a killing right now.

Ran into some problems with PoS. In order to get the blockchain moving again, we switched back to PoW for the time being, with a block reward of 256. Upgrade to v1.1.1.0 immediately!

Wallets: https://github.com/rubycoinorg/rubycoin/releases/tag/v1.1.1.0

Two pools have upgraded so far: http://ruby.pandaminers.com/ and http://www.suchpool.pw/ruby/

Join us up, we do need some hash! www.SuchPool.pw/ruby ! Still 0% fee, watcha waiting for?

the Bitember mining pool is down and lost all my mining work, couldn't establish a wallet address with the exchanges because the blockchain was messed up and dev's took so long.

Now all my coins that were mined are gone, bunch of thieves imo, and how convenient, when the blockchain is back up and now it is POW, how convenient the mining pool goes down and everyone who couldnt get their coins to the exchanges just lost all their work.

Sorry mate, I had a hell of a time getting my coins also. No way will I ever go back to supporting Rby after this fiasco. Have a look at Fibre https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=737771.0

Have you asked bitember where your coins are? The blockchain was only restarted, so once they have updated their wallet you should be able to get your coins, unless of course then mined the old block chain.

It's not the fault of the Ruby devs if a pool doesn't update their wallet. How many were you expecting?

Fking Ruby team has been in the game longer than most, they will get it figured out.

there is no team behind ruby. it's a one man show.

ruby is a very basic coin and doesnt have much interesting features...its a simple useless clone without any innovation

the fact that a while back you have been making the above functions for other coins instead of ruby tells me enough...

you try to get people to invest in ruby, but in the meanwhile you're creating stuff for other coins?? for quatloo?cummingtonite? ARCH coin?... I dont wanna be even thinking about all the other coins you are involved with.

im sorry to say ruby is done for me, shady ass developer with no care for the community, just for his own wallet. How else are you gonna explain picking up other coins before ever implementing anything for ruby?? YOUR OWN COIN FFS!
I remember you saying on irc in the beginning of ruby launch, that you will take this to 10 dollar a coin lol. Yet you havent created a single noteworthy feature.., on top of that you just work with other coins instead or rby

In the end of the day ruby users are just getting another ctrl-c /ctrl-v function.

you aint no community builder, you slurp it dry... gobble gobble bitch
