Short term vs. Long term investments

If I think in short-term trading and investment is good and it depends on the trader's mindset and his skills that we take seriously and develop as a better trader from there. Therefore, everyone has to decide for themselves. Every investment has its advantages. The main thing is to be confident in the company where we invest.

but there is also a danger that you will choose a coin for a long-term investment and you will lose all of your money that you have invested slowly but surely!

I saw the reply from others users and all is that which I thought before seeing all the comments. Yes, I saw most people prefer long-term investment or trading. And I am also a tune-up for those people who prefer for long trading. I think it could low risk than short-term trading. Even you don't panic after seeing the zig-zag market if you are for long trading.

I think, that long-term investing is better if you can't speculate very fast. I'm sure that you should do long-term trading. But you need to find good coin to hold. Yes, if I think we have a good long-term investment Bitcoin.Karena I have gained a lot of profit in Bitcoin in long-term investment I realize that if I make short-term investments, I sometimes get lost from my capital so I never invest in the short term in coins Bitcoin.

Short term investment or trading is not for everyone as that requires a whole lot of knowledge anyway and you will really want to know what you are doing in those short periods, so you do not get screwed most of the time. For those without knowledge, there is always going to be a huge chance of getting somehow emotional and even greedy at times when it comes to making decision in the market in those short terms.

In my view, it is not you are choosing both but you are converting your short term investments into long term based on their performances. If a long term project is doing good in short term also then you may miss that out as per your strategy.

That is why you have to hold at least 15-20 tokens and Bitcoin. Trade them using both ways. Some altcoins should be held, and the others might be exchanged.

Long term investment to company or coins which has a potential to grow more like Cardano XRP VECHAIN and ETHEREUM. Short term investment for low capital coins which is great to accumulate more funds in order to add more position in long term coins. It will still depend on your technique if you are going to focus on long term or short term investments.

Short-term investment and long-term investment both depend on one' approach and trading style. I am comfortable with both short-term trading and long-term investing. But if you are not familiar or comfort with short-term trading then you must not go for it. Just because i am earning money with short-term trading, does not mean you should also follow my trading style. Many other things like Psychology, Emotions, Money Management, Strategy, mindset etc is needed.

It is easy to start long term for rich people or people with enough savings to start with the Bitcoin or Ethereum which are favorable for long term.

On the other hand it is difficult to start with Bitcoin and Ethereum for people with low savings but easy for them to start with less valuable coins and slowly upgrade. Long term is better than short term and short term has its own benefits but it actually depends upon you conditions.

What exactly are you doing in Bitcoin, are you a trader or you’re just an investor that relies on the price going up and down to make profit (HODL). Mainly Bitcoin is something that you need to have patience with, you don’t rush it. You just invest and wait till price goes up, if you can’t wait, then it’s up to you. Sometimes the price of Bitcoin can go up at anytime and even go down. So you just have to be monitoring the price and try to cut loss when you have to.

Other coins it depends upon the market, but always long term investment only gives more profit when compared to short time. For long term investment we need patience then only the benefits will be more. i prefered long term than short term, simply because the coins are manipulated in market, i have been doing this since 2015. you will lose in short trade even a good trader are losing. but there are some people who also good at this condition.

Long term and short term are almost the same and it is all about profit. We can maybe earn or maybe loss on both short term and long term investment depending on how we do things to make profit. Every decision is important and every moves can make is loss so we need to be careful about it.

Short term trading are for veteran who has enough experience in the market and has some good strategy to trade it. It is faster to make daily porfit because most of the time it is on basis of day trader. But long term mostly are on swing trading which can last for some days to weeks and to months. There longterm will require your patient  before you reap your profit.

With the current situation we have, long term couldn't be effective since we are in high volatility market. And we have notice also that some coins are drastically going down after it listed in exchanges which causes investors will loss their investment. Hope it could be address immdeiately by ICO developers to prevent from the recurrence of the same scenario.

I like both methods.  Long term investment I choose bitcoin as the # 1 priority and a number of potential altcoin .. short term investment I usually choose a new coin on the floor.  Short-term investment requires certain skills knowledge.  Need to monitor update market information continuously.

In my opinion, I consider short-term investment as day trading. And to do day trading you must have enough amount of capital to start with investment in some promising altcoins or whichever you think that is capable of growing in just a short period of time. As for me since I'm a bounty hunter, my money depends mainly on the bounty rewards I received from a signature campaign, I prefer a long-term investment.
