In this market may be Ternion team should look for private investors to reach Soft cap. Project is really nice but bear market is making very tough to raise fund for any one right now.
well the good news is they don't have to reach soft cap. the exchange will work either way. But they will refund people's investements, so I'm asking again, if their token is built with an utility in mind, what they're gonna do without afromentioned utility? |

The token sale ends in the end of December, If we don't reach the soft cap then all the contributions will be returned to the respective beneficiaries, but the project will carry on because we have the Exchange almost ready to go, you can experience it first hand here: https://my.ternion.exchange Thats what masterman said before. It is interesting. So what will happen to bounty tokens because they are giving weekly already. Will there be only team/advisors tokens or will bounty tokens there too? We are already rewarding bounty tokens to our participants. But in case we decide to cancel our ICO, the bounty participants shall be rewarded anyways, in other cryptocurrency or fiat. Wait what?! How? If you don't get funding and there are no max users in the bounties, how do you know how much worth that is going to be and without funding, where would you get the money to pay for that? |

I think this is not necessary, because there are firms that are engaged in testing, they are better able to find and fix bugs - this should be handled by professionals. |

When exactly can we use the site for trading or withdrawing fiat currency? Do you have an interested parties that have already contacted you and will you be keep using the referring system after this site goes live?
The Exchange will go live in mid November! We already have many partners, you can check out our article about them here. The referral program will continue when the exchange goes live. |

I think most of projects that have sales right now target mostly private and institutional investors. Btw, what's ternion minimum investment? The minimum is 0.1 ETH |

I think this is not necessary, because there are firms that are engaged in testing, they are better able to find and fix bugs - this should be handled by professionals. It is always better to use both, professionals as well as user, coder and hacker motivated by bounty programs. Dont underestimate hundreds of not professionals, they also can find interesting bugs. |
