I'm anticipating good news.  Deals being struck.  Contracts being awarded.  Dividends being paid out.

Divs can't be paid out until all shares are in their rightful owners hands, if they do get paid before that time, then the whole pool of shares won't be fungible anymore.  This should be a fairly simple concept.  I don't know why people are clamoring for divs on shares they don't have back yet.  If that were to happen this would add another bag of squirrles to this situation.

I wouldn't bother, it's just page after page of mindless bickering between a bunch of idiots. No real progress seems to have been made, Ken is apparently busy working on the data centre.

I say keep with C-T for now.  The last thing we need is another issue to keep from putting resources into Biz Ops. Let Colored Coins work out their bugs first if any....Also C-T will be releasing a new version soon with a ad blitz.  That will help, just as Bitcoin is gaining major momentum and people with a few extra BTC will be looking to invest .  Lets K.I.S.S.

Other than the fact it will probably be academic anyway soon, it would not be that difficult to convert existing shares to an asset on the Nxt Asset Exchange, and distribute accordingly to existing shareholders new Nxt accounts. They then can be traded on the decentralized AE.

Last paragraph basically says that current investors can get reimbursed or stay in.  GOOD LUCK getting Ken to reimburse you when he can't even refund people for their orders.

Otherwise, he can't sell any new shares.  Business as usual, minus the fines, whatever that is.  Could be tremendous, could be minor.  I find it hard to believe Ken has no idea what deal his lawyer struck.  Nonsense...

No, it was Ken's actions that did this. The secretary of state guy said Ken has done it before with another company in Misouri.

Probably,  now that the Gov't is involved who knows.   They might seize them for safe keeping (Silk Road BTC) to protect us from ourselves.  

I don't ever remember Ken saying that Bitcoin is highly regulated lol, and he always comments on its price volitility.   LOL  We all know that.  This will be interesting.

Slaughter said he reached an agreement with the Secretary of State's office to provide refunds to any investors who want out, but he will continue sell virtual shares to people who still want to invest in the still emerging technology, He said those who want refunds will have 45 days to request them.

Sounds like Ken doesn't give a shit what the man has to say.
