This is my last post until the thread gets sorted out by the bct mods. For the record, when I started this thread I gave an open invitation for anyone who wanted to mod this account. Absolutely everyone who asked for access was given access and that's is how we ended up with the mods. I also suggested that they should invite anyone they trusted to also mod this account and I didn't need to know who they were. So contrary to what some would have you believe I do not unilaterally mod this thread.

OK so Ken has gone and now so has Zum. Disappeared. That's convenient.
It looks like he has given the password to crumbs/mirceau. Anyone see my post the other day before it was deleted where I showed how zum was building bridges to Mirceau? He said he was happy to 'work together' or something. Then notlambchop/mirceau posted a pm from zum asking him to post MORE in this thread.
And now suddenly mirceau has the password. Anyone think that is suspicious? It tells me zum sees this as his way out. He may have taken a few btc for the password, more than his shares are worth now. Who knows but this is scammer Kens best buddy we are talking about so.....anything is possible.
edit- zum so the mods agreed not to use opinionated language but you don't even know who the mods are or how many there are? how did you agree on something with mods you don't even know of? something fishy indeed. this could be just a mod who had enough of zums shit - like he said.

This. We all knew a ruling would be coming eventually, the sooner we receive clarity the better IMO. I can't see how an MSD fine + reimbursement will be the end of this company as these fines haven't even been issued and won't have to be paid for months. The Woodlaw suit is troubling, but as far as i see it this will be limited to customers, not shareholders. When MSD officially gives us a ruling shareholders will be pissing in the wind trying to get more back per share than what the ruling states if they don't feel like holding on or being reimbursed. I don't understand how anyone seriously thinks they will be getting fully reimbursed in BTC value by filing shareholder lawsuits etc. If you can't handle the downside risk of an investment that's your fault. When MSD ruling becomes official, trying to step outside that will be useless (please explain your thinking if you disagree) |
