Ken could be selling the cards or taking them away for his private farm. We just don't know but the way this ceo has behaved previously with unsigned checks and lies to us about chip runs and shipped product you have to say it is likely. Lets see how far it drops...

Where are the missing 100gold cards? Sold for a loss to get cash for the refunds? On Kens farm? Sold to Kens family for ten bucks a piece? Maybe there never was that many? Anyone's guess really.

erm if this shambles came earlier just before bitfunder shutdown, we would have been stuck at weexchange thing.

also, he holded the shares for months.

So a few quick questions, if anyone could help that would be great.

So for the investors NOT in the USA, how would this refund work? Will we even get anything out, if it has to be paid in USD? Surely the KYC/AML stuff would not be too forgiving for people outside of the US? I understand it is very doubtful that MSD will allow/force Ken to pay out in BTC, so would you suggest we just sell our shares and be done with it or should we wait to hear what the MSD has to say about all of this?

Please no "hang on, the company might still make it" advice. I want out.

Oh the irony! He spent two months deleting fools like the one he has become - and legitimate shareholders. I find his continued presence objectionable considering his current trolling and past claims to be the big enforcer of impartiality with the damage that led to. Possibly the worst type of character you could wish to be in charge of a thread.   

On another topic, do we know if either the MSD or Wood Law will prepare a fraud case? It seems not, so that could need to be organised by us. We need to sue Ken to gain control of his personal assets and the coins in the two wallets we know of (650BTC). If we don't he could walk away from this a rich man.

Seriously?  The MSD comes out and says it's a scam and you don't think that is evidence?  What kind of evidence would you accept?  Ken himself admitting it was a scam?
