Why do people believe and invest in fraudulent ICO?

No one knows the fate of any ICO on this forum. They come promising almost heaven to us and we have no other option than to join. One thing you have to know no one knows fraudulent ICOs. They invest into it and later realise that they have been scammed.

Nothing has changed and the system do still exist even up to this day or even possible on next years to come depending if such strict regulation would be impose then it would somehow stop but for now scammers and fraud projects do really exist and most of them are on current sale
Its not actually people do believe into fraudulent ICO but they do blindly out investing into projects without any basis and as long they do invest they do already believe that they can able to get good returns but later on they would realize that they had been scammed already.

Do not believe the promises before investing in ico, look at the development team and various ratings. So you can choose a good and promising ico and not lose your investment.

Yes,  I believe that there are many scam ICO's joining in the crypto community and that people should be keen and observant when selecting to invest a legitimate ICO. majority of ICO investors are gamblers. this type of people don't research about what they are investing in, they just make the investment like a gambling game in hopes that they can "win" and make a lot of money. and since sometimes their luck is there and they win, they continue doing it although they get scammed by many of them and lost most of time.

But yes, people can also be blamed for their loss.
