i heard that electroneum community have applied for the listing of their coin on bittrex exchange but it took too much time. I am wonder that why some coins take that much time for adding to that exchange. Can we know the reasons. I am asking it to increase my knowledge so that before investing in any ICO I will be aware that this particular coin will be added to bittrex or any bigger exchange easily or not. Thanks.
If I'm not mistaken, they have an "extensive" way of verifying information regarding the coin itself and its developers. Though I don't know the exact list of documents needed to be submitted or any other criteria that need to be fulfilled by the team, Bittrex tend to communicate with the main devs of the coin and ask thems to make their names a publicly identifiable person. This somehow ensures that there's no anonymous developer that could make shady activities for the coin being listed in their exchange. Maybe this is due to the policies being laid out to them to protect their customers. Believe it or not, it is a very tedious process for both parties thus producing longer times of being added/listed. Some devs didn't even reply to their inquiry. |

I've already found a small bug in the UI (if you scroll to a certain position and stop, after 1-2 seconds the page will move up by itself 2 times), also the history of the orders seems to be lost, but all in all it looks great.
Well done Bittrex!

Edit: Only had the problem for 10 or so minutes, seems to be fine now.
they will be going offline soon they have stolen/locked legit users accounts ~ early adopters who supported them from the beginning. :\ i hope U.S. authorities act before more people lose there bitcoins....zzz  ~ they definitely cannot be trusted with peoples' personal information. |

I gave up on them a while back but now, the interface seems so attractive that I might switch back from Binance to them again. Seems a lot neat & clean GUI than the last one, but doesn't look so nice on my Android, too bad they don't have any Android app to fill the space of mobile app users, they really should consider making one now.

I gave up on them a while back but now, the interface seems so attractive that I might switch back from Binance to them again. Seems a lot neat & clean GUI than the last one, but doesn't look so nice on my Android, too bad they don't have any Android app to fill the space of mobile app users, they really should consider making one now.
Did you like this new look? I found it ugly and difficult to use, the old look was much better than this new |

Changing the terms and conditions without warning, and then freezing people's accounts and funds without a grace period to withdraw amounts to theft in all practical sense. When I signed up as a user I did not need to send the operators my personal details, it is fine for them to change their policy, but not letting those who disagree withdraw first is stealing. You can call it FUD if it makes you feel good, it doesn't change the facts. |

Did you like this new look? I found it ugly and difficult to use, the old look was much better than this new From what I've seen looking at recent reviews around everywhere regarding new GUI, I think those who've been continuously using Bittrex for the last few months do not like it (probably it's the same case with you), while those who gave up on Bittrex few months back and now just got back, do like it (my case). |
