Hey guys I have a temporary fix for everyone mining with the windows wallet.  The guide is for protoshares, but works great for noir.  Using this guide, I am now mining with four threads in windows.

https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/1505-how-to-mine-protoshares-with-multiple-instances/

For every qt you launch, you will need a different port for its respective .bat file.

Once you have followed these steps and have multiple qt's open, start one thread for every qt you have.

If this helped you here's my noirshares address if you're feeling generous Smiley :  9qFFXrXAtp5Khcn1dZhDes6TN3gsxoc2r5

It doesn't seem that anyone actually saw this post, but I am running multiple threads on windows using this guide.  I have been mining for a day plus now and havent hit a block but fingers are crossed.  I'm getting about 2.5 h/m on each qt instance i have open.  This isn't a working windows wallet, but it will let you push your cpu to 100%.

Good Luck!

It seems now we are doing useless works.

Has Anyone mined any blocks ?

Shall we need wait for the mining problems fixed or  a pool ?

I think I need save my cpu at this moment...

does anyone really want to use a qt the dev did not make?

Dev come on...compile a working QT for us?  I know you're not a copy and paster, what is the issue with providing a fully functional safe windows qt?

you would not believe save i share my screen for you on skype, i've been rooting about trying to figure it out. I now have reasonable belief that i have got it right. I'm having difficulty downloading the dependencies to create my own build Sad

currently fixed items

1) thread management for mining
2) doubled menu items
3) mining speed displayed
4) small optimizations on in built miner specifically for windows.

i keep attempting to build, but in the mean time if anyone can do a test build :- 800 NRS

I'm sorry guys, so much pressure, spent the day getting the documentation support the venture right and have returned my focus to coding issues. Most issues will be fixed in the next few hours, i am unable to build windows due to crappy internet, cant get all the dependencies right.

I'm sure it's just variance.  I plan on mining this for a couple of weeks at least so I'm sure I'll see better days.

At least it's not as hard as riecoin...
