My QT wallet is not syncing, it's stuck at 7 hours behind although there are 8 active connections 

sometimes it gets stuck. just exit the wallet and restart it.
also, make sure you have the latest wallet (1.5.2)

if it still doesn't work...
if you upgraded your wallet without doing so, go to %appdata%\PandaCoin and backup your wallet.dat to a safe location
then delete everything in the folder, except for wallet.dat
launch the wallet software and wait while it downloads the blockchain, again
don't freak out when your wallet says 0.00, it will update as the blockchain downloads

price on cryptorush went up 20% just today.  all the sellers are small volume sellers. when they dump their coins too cheap, prices going to be above 10 satoshis this weekend if not sooner
