I believe that many hacking-exchanges - it's just a fake from those very stock exchanges. Because there were really very big break-ins, and I do not think that the exchange could not stop it
But this is purely my opinion Huh

The fight against hackers begins with ensuring your own security. It is worth keeping most of your crypto assets on "cold" storage - that is, disconnected from the network. On exchanges and online wallets, keep only as much as you are ready to lose. Remember: your choice of the degree of safety affects not only you, but also the ecosystem on the whole.

No Dex aren't the solutions for the crypto traders as there have been a lot of smart contacts that have been affected in the past and a lot of money was compromised in those hacks so the best strategy for those exchanges is getting the best of the technical teams and always keep on auditing their security periodically for any weakness in their system and if any then rectify those problems and continue to do the same in the future.

First of all there is no such issue about the scamming and hacking of your bitcoin wallet because it is very safe and confidential and it is like next to impossible to scam a bitcoin wallet because of its multi level security but still there are chances and few people has also reported that there are the cases where they has been scammed and I think for them the best way is thy should keep their wallet passwords and keys very very private and confidential otherwise it is very difficult to hack any bitcoin wallet.

The best solution is to build a well-diversified portfolio based on your risk preference and investment goals. Such a portfolio would likely include a substantial holding in bitcoin and small exposure to promising tokens. I have found a trustworthy project. It is called Socratus.  It is an insurance ecosystem which provides a digital platform for insurance companies. So any insurance company can connect the platform to become the part of Insurance Digital Ecosystem. Their main aim is to create a win-win insurance whereby you get instant claim payment,  fair and transparent dealing and friendly prices. They are also helping insurance companies to reduce costs (it can be reduced from 15 to 25 %) and get their business on a new level. Also, they are powered by Smart-contracts & Socratus Oracles. It means that there is no more solo human decisions to pay or not to pay, no more lingering manual claims handling procedures.

Most of these hacks happen to exchanges. It's about time exchanges considered the safety of customers' funds their topmost priority. Other hacks happened to greedy and/or unsuspecting ordinary people who were either trading or trying to get some money they didn't work for. We can only advise ourselves to be extra cautious in choosing good wallets and good exchanges.

Be vigilant and watch out for offers from individuals and organisations that seems to good to be true since these people will always want to lure you to expose your wallet details and private key. JUST WATCH OUT, THEY ARE NOT FAR FROM US! YOU ARE YOUR OWN SECURITY!

You should not engage in unfamiliar websites. Keeping your computer safe from viruses is essential to your security when you enter the market.

Indeed security is very crucial for the cryptography industry. But it is not the blockchain technologies responsible for many thefts, but user mistakes. Be careful to the scam attempts.

Of course the system security that must be strong, don't let people know what do you have (asset like token/coin) and keep safe your password, private key, etc.
If you guys save asset on exchanger, you should instal 2fa or something like this to keep secure your account.

This is my main account. My alt account for bounty report in the future >> asa crypto info

There's no solution about that hackers because hackers will do everything to steal our money. So the best we can do is be vigilant and more careful to any what transaction you do and always secured your funds to hard wallet.

Hackers and hacking will always happen. We can not finish them. So we have to take all the precautions to ensure our own safety, there is nothing else to be done.

To be able to avoid from the hackers, we should avoid the following:

1st: Protect your GMAIL or EMAIL ACCOUNT

We all know we use GMAIL as our email provider for such accounts like blockchain then we can recover and approve login with email in some wallets, now when your email account was targeted and get compromised then say goodbye to your bitcoin. To secure your bitcoin wallet(ex: blockchain or other) go to your google account settings. and then turn on the 2FA(2nd factor authentication) here is the guide on how to do it: STEP BY STEP GUIDE

2nd: Use your own DEVICE or COMPUTER/PHONE

It's a very bad idea to use someones device(ex:from friend) to make a transaction in your bitcoin wallet why? because first you don't know what is the capability of that person regarding that matters and you don't know if that phone has a lot of malwares and spywares. So we cannot say that you are safe using someones device to make transactions.

3rd: Always backup you PK's or PRIVATE KEYS

This is the most important thing to remember for everyone using your ETH or BTC wallet without backing up your Private keys then you can't recover you wallet in case you forgot your wallet.PK's are very important but there are thing you should do first. Make sure you store your PK backup somewhere that you only know and not from your computer because there are some spyware that might inside of your computer that can steal that file so make sure you back it up print in a paper and hide it to the place where you only know.

4th: Don't open links from malicious emails

This method was called email phishing where an attacker will send the same email in thousands of random users once the victim will click the link in that email then his or her device was compromised to avoid this please do not click the links included in the email immediately please always have time to check who is the sender of that email and if that email is came from the site where it supposed to came from.

5th: Do not trust PUBLIC WIFI

It's quite good to have access with free wifi's but have you think this: IS THIS A SAFE NETWORK? without you knowing maybe some of the people connected to that same network may have idea and skill on how to sniff passwords and credentials this method was so called DNS SPOOFING or SNIFFING if you want to use public wifi then use it not just with your bitcoin transactions.

6th: Do not login on Suspicious links

This method is called PHISHING where an attacker  will send you a link to login with your bitcoin wallet luring you with the legitimate site example is:
the real site is: https://www.blockchain.info/
the fake site is: http://www.blockchain.ga/

then once you login to the fake site then the hacker or attacker will have now your credentials. Please always check for the green lock on the url bar and the word HTTPS in the link.

Never utilize a similar email for in excess of one trade. Likewise never utilize your trade email deliver to information exchange for ICOs or airdrops or some other site . I know an ICO who sold its client's messages without their insight so make an alternate email for ICO and airdrop purposes.

It is best for all of the cryptocurrency users to have a hardware wallet that will be keeping their cryptocurrecy at a safe place and that will become the key for them to give a lot of security and comfortable experience that they don't need to worry about the things that they might experience like hackings because they finally got hardware wallet which is the safest type of wallet.
