For me, the solution to these hacking situations is to protect and secure your data with hardware wallets. You can also invest in other coins and not one particular coin alone.

Decentralize exchanges are also prone to attack from hackers and it is not the solution to cryptocurrency hacks. The best solution is individual precautions towards how crypto wallet security is maximized.

The solution is having the right knowledge on how to protect yourself. Even banks and their customers are still vulnerable to skimming and phishing so I guarantee you that your coins are still not 100% safe on decentralize exchanges. Equip yourself with prevention and the right tools to make it happen.

Someone and someway would be brilliant enough to hack you, and a lot of people have already said the points that are required to prevent hacking. It's a matter of the action of the person, whether they would act on it and protect their funds or just be careless enough and be lazy. You decide.

And the phishing list seems to be getting longer and longer. But you do not worry too much because virtual currency has been, and will always be, faced with problems beyond our control, vulnerable to hackers or possible data loss due to a faulty code.

We can prevent the number of hacking from starting with ourselves. We can anticipate with various security methods. We can begin to maintain security from ourselves. we can ensure that the wallet we use to store crypto currencies is safe. We can activate the 2FA feature and other security features according to the facilities offered by the wallet. Besides that, we must ensure that our e-mail is not automatically forwarded to certain e-mails. Lastly we have to check our security wallet periodically.

If you want to be a crypto holder, then you should try some Non-Online wallet, by storing in a device, such as USB or cold wallet. If you don't hold that much assets, use MEW with Json key, and remember never use Private Key at anytime. If you have to, just use your own internet, not public internet such as Coffee shop or Mall internet Smiley
Trade wisely and safely!

for me the solution is to apply blockchain in different systems to avoid hacking. The datas will be secured and safe, you must hack all the units before you can have all the data.

You should adhere to the following guidelines:
Do not open emails from unknown sources.
Do not send your personal information to third parties.
Review the sender's email address: Messages from key exchanges are usually sent from the official domain.

The stories of hacks are getting on the increase day by day ranging from wallets, exchanges, etc. The best thing as an individual to do for yourself is to get a hardware wallet and save your coins in there. With that, you are at least 99% protected from all the hacks and thefts online

Even DEXs are vulnerable to hacks. I'm wisely trading now on exchanges with a solid reputation and I did back up my wallet tightly, also be careful from phishing websites and bots pages and false scheme offerings. Always enable All security features of the sites once you're logging in.

Always clean your pc every month or week using good antivirus or malware, never download something suspicious in the internet. When you stored your coins, don't stored it on exchange especially for a long time. Just stored it on your own wallet, it's more safety because there are many case that an exchange get hacked.
Doing some maintenance each month or week in case that you have a lots of store wallet inside your pc is really good extra precautions, by doing this you are making sure that you can't be penetrated by hackers, make sure that you are visiting site where you are sure that safe for your system always double check and don't be so careless it is important avoiding hackers and viruses to attack your device.

I think that for us, the mortal customers the decision will be just wait until developers will create some wall of security between us and hackers, so use all that rules about diversification your portfolio.

I think the best solution is that you keep your private key and don't access the site freely, and if you can do it, your wallet will be safe from hackers.

Hacking has been with us from time but it was not as rampant as this because fiat currencies are well regulated. Decentralization makes tracing any stolen cryptocurrency difficult so for that reason alone, hacking has spread wide into cryptocurrency. All you can do is to ensure you secure you coins with good wallets (hardware wallet) and don't leave your coins on the exchanges.

To avoid hackers, just make the private key to your wallet your deep most. And also be cautious of these projects that give you assurances that are too good to be keep in exchange of your wallet details

Most of the hacks are about websites such as the exchanges. It's an issue for the websites itself not about the users. And many times we told why it's not good to store your coins on an exchange. At the end this isn't a problem for the average user who behaves correctly, it is a problem for the site losing its credibility

Now depending on everyone, I think the wallet is very difficult to hack by irresponsible people, because each account has been given a private key which means the key to the address is fast, how the wallet can be damaged if it is not your negligence that issued the private key, as long as the private key unknown to others, the coins you have will be safe.
