You didn't think the price would stay in one spot, right? It goes up and down, like lots of other things I'm invested in. I love it! I buy during panic and spend into a rally. Bitcoin has literally been thousands of times more profitable than dollars for me. The rest of your assertions are guesses about the future price. That is of little value for trading. Only a fool trades on anything other than provable facts.
Maybe it will go up, maybe down. In any case one can develop a profitable strategy. Otherwise why do people trade, gold, stocks, farm futures, etc..?

2.Bitcoin is losing popularity
3.Bitcoin is not legally regulated
4.We have no guarantee against loss, theft, etc. (Bitstamp can disappear just like MtGox, anytime )
5.Mining is impossible because minong factor is below 8 cent/Gh at 24 hours ,and almost not more profitable.
6.Mining company massively sell their hardware

1. not sure about bitstamp. It is possible to manipulate the price somewhat. But I don't see how it could be done on all exchanges.

just 0.5w/Gh, It is so little.
